It's small and compact. And brews great. The only think I don't like is the filter. It comes with a reusable filter but the coffee goes through it fast . You end up with a weak cup of coffee. What I done to fix the problem is I poke a hole in a cup cake paper and it fit perfectly inside the reusable filter. The coffee brews longer for a better tasting cup of coffee. It will be expensive to use baking cups for filters so I'm looking for some small filters that will work. Update. What works great is I regular coffee filter sandwich between the basket and the reusable filter ... show more

I cannot seem to get rid of it and I have cleaned the machine numerous times with vinegar and water Still tastes like plastic. The concept is great.     • Only brews 4 oz at a time

It will only will brew 4oz then shuts off. Press button again for next 4 oz; then repeat. It takes about 15 min to brew one cup not counting prep and cleanup. It arrived today and I will return it tomorrow morning. Other ergonomic suggestions: (1) align button to press down, not sideways, so you don’t have to hold the brewer with your other hand; (2) get rid of the snap on the lid so you don’t have to hold the brewer with your other had to open it – gravity will keep it shut. Then use your other hand to hold the fresh water pitcher. You can copy these features from a B&D DCM18S Coffeemaker. I wanted a 2nd B&D but sadly they are not longer available except used ones on eBay. ... show more
