Lamp looks as expected. But the cord hole through the glass has a little plastic ring and what looks like hot glue on the inside. That glass is slightly chippy around that hole. And the hot glue part came loose as I was assembling the lamp. That doesn't matter much, since it's just on the back side. However it also arrived missing the grippy bottom ring that came with my second, identical lamp. I went to request that part be sent to me, but all I see is a phone number. Why can't I just submit an online request? ... show more

I like the look of the lamp, and the brightness is good on it. However, when I opened the box to take it out, the lampshade was warped and dented somewhat even having been packed with styrofoam. Also wish it was a few inches taller, but I still like it.
