The harp is heavy and good quality with no rust marks, etc. The base of the lamp is pristine, and the blue is perfect for me: it adds color and will easily match a different shade of blue that my couch and chair are. The outer box was slightly damaged, but the lamp was perfect! I highly recommend this vendor as well as the lamp, and this is because I had to return 3 lamps from another vendor due to defects in the product (the shipping boxes were all pristine and undamaged). ... show more

Beautiful lamp and love the solid color, bought new with sturdy packaging (3rd lamp ordered). I've bought 2 exact same style "used" lamps on Amazon prior to this third one and had rotten luck with the lamps. Big time blemishes. Don't buy used! Amazon needs to do a better job when describing used items at a discounted price. First used lamp should have been red tagged and not resold! The color was so uneven with dripping paint markings and the box was on it's last leg. So many holes patched with tape. Also, it should never had passed inspection with the manufacturer. I called Amazon C.S. Dept. They told me not to send lamp back. I was given a full refund the same day. Second used lamp came with the lamp shade totally crushed with no damage to box. It was poorly repacked big time! I sent it back for a refund. These lamps are very nice, if you get one that's not blemished or damaged...BUY NEW! ... show more

I ordered the aqua colored lamp. I really like the color. I like that the lamp is tall and has a white shade. I marked it down one star because there is a tiny place on the lamp that has no glazing and there is a very small dent in the lampshade. Neither of these issues are very noticeable, so I'm going to keep the lamp. I would recommend this lamp at this price. ... show more

I chose the light blue and it's perfect. The lamps arrived with no damage and were very simple to assemble. In case anyone else is confused by reviews saying "the base is plastic", let me clarify- the very bottom of the lamp base, the pedestal on which the base sits, is acrylic, see-through.
