I have owned this dog run for a year now. It was the affordable option for the size at the time I ordered. However looking back I wish I had spent the extra money to get the better made product. Your better off buying 2x of tractor supplies 10x10 dog runs. This item is one piece of cheap flimsy chain link. It's a pain to install and gets mangled easily. Hard to fix and there is no replacement. Hard to move when you have to, poles also bend easily. If you buy the dog runs that have panels, super easy to move. Please dont waste your money on this... its just not worth it. ... show more

Ordered this product on the 21st and recieved the coop on the 24th of March. Fast shipping! However, this is probably one of the most difficult coops to assemble. It's literally piece by piece. Yet, it's sturdy, aslong as you know how to make it sturdy. The directions were not clear in the slightest, but I made do. If you don't mind wasting 5 days to put this thing together, it's for you. I'm using this item as a catio addition to my cat play house. It works great for space and outdoor play time. I would never house more the two big dogs in this coop. Overall, I would not buy this item again unless I had someone to assemble the coop for me. ... show more

"Only received a partial delivery at the fault of the shipping service, but Amy responded right away to correct the problem. Received the rest of the shipment promptly. Went together very easy by me and my husband, and is more than sufficient in size for our German Shepherds. Good quality kennel, amazing customer service and excellent price.     • Not good for bigger dogs.
Great for Chickens. Not good for dogs as details mention. I had my Boxer in there for less than an hour and he pried open the fence part. Fencing is very weak fencing. And ties that came with it were so strong made installation very tiring. Great strong metal for poles and ties. But very weak fencing. This is not a big dog kennel. I can see it holding in smaller dogs, but will not hold in a boxer. I ended up turning this into a Chicken coop though and it works amazing for that! :) ... show more

My husky is loving her new play yard. It was difficult to put together with only two people. The chain links were a mess to straighten and my husband called out a few choice words during set up but it is up now and everyone is happy.

    • Decent quality, frustrating to assemble
What's good: general durability product arrived as described with all necessary components. at least the tarp assembly went smoothly What's bad: Gate design - Base is wider than the top which leads to twisting and warping of the door (it also has collapsed multiple times) and poor entrance security (I'm going to try binding it with my own longer wire to see if it fixes it, the wire they provide is too short). We are also going to put some carabiners on the gate to keep it secure when our pooch is in there. Instructions - These don't think ahead and so be prepared to go back and redo steps when you realize they left something out (e.g. hooks need to be slipped on the relevant posts for the chainlink prior to frame assembly, start with the middle posts instead of the corners if you want the frame to align correctly) Some components are inadequate - Again, the binding wire. Do yourself a favor and just get a long roll of it at your hardware store so that you can wrap around long segments of the gate to secure the chainlink rather than doing each rung individually with the short wires (this will save you a lot of time). Chainlink is frustrating - not that this is any fault of the seller, but the chainlink inevitably gets tangled in itself and is a beast to get realigned properly for installation. All in all, now that it's built it looks fine, but definitely had some challenges along the way and required some individual modifications to make it work. Also if you have a large jumping dog like me, you can get some 5x50 box wire, cut it at 20ft intervals and install it across the top in 2 strands to help keep your dog from jumping out. For the $500 plus dollars of U.S. hard work money, this kennel is 100% a waste of time and money. Fencing is very weak and needs to be work and redone after unrolling it out the box, the poles I honestly expected to be way thicker for the amount of money being spent, my 7 year old pit bull terror and 5 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback have broken through the gate area 3 times already, once through the gate Fencing and twice breaking the latch on the gate, had to modify but since the frame poles are so small and weak it's making it difficult. I expected way more quality. Boo for the price. Never again. Very poor quality for almost $600 dollars. Very unsatisfied. ... show more
