Been using this for a few months now. Bought it to replace a dyson pet vac when the swivel head on it started leaking. Definitely superior to the dyson for less money. The construction is more solid and the light is a nice bonus. Pros It's an Electrolux. I have a canister that I inherited from my mother. Not sure how many decades old it is. Still runs and cleans like a shop vac. If this lasts half as long I'll be happy. Solid construction and great vacuum. Light to see where you're cleaning. Two power settings (I always use the highest). Easy to charge. Great design for removing the hand held vac to empty or use in the car. Cons Haven't found any yet. Not sure how long it runs but I've never had the battery die when cleaning my whole house. 3/2 1,500 sq ft house. We've had Electrolux canister vacs for a long time (still use two quite frequently). We were excited to come across this cordless model. Would never recommend it. 4+ Hours to recharge the battery and you get about 30 minutes of use. If you live in a small (two rooms max, maybe) it could be good choice. It really does have great suction. The filtration appears to be very functional. It's a little cumbersome to empty. The attachments were easy to use. It's just not very practical for a "larger house" with animals. We'll be asking for a return. ... show more

I love it, the light on it allows me to see all the dust and remove. It switches from floor to furniture cleaning very easily, it's all on the one unit. Charges well and the charge lasts for a long time. I enjoy this purchase and it is light weight!

I’ve had this a few months and it’s perfect for daily use to quickly run it over wood floors. Love that it doesn’t have a cord! Sits on the charger and i can grab it anytime and it’s perfect! We have 3 cats so constant cat hair and litter tracked around is a daily problem. It has a light so you see everything and the handle is comfortable and extremely easy to use. It picks up everything. I purchased this lite weight Electrolux after my bigger 1980’s Electrolux gave up the suction. I was dreading buying anything else in the Dyson, Shark category. Arriving late in the day, I decided to put it together and plug it in to charge overnight. At first I had my doubts to how small the head was and whether it would be big enough, suction-wise! I charged it over-night and then took off doing my hardwood floors and large area rugs in three rooms and a Berber wall to wall. It was so easy to use and maneuver in small spaces. The head rotates as you need to go into small spaces. I couldn’t be happier after using it! The dirt in the center was unbelievable, even though my house wasn’t noticeably dirty. Kitchen, hallways, and small rugs and area rugs! It felt good to have my house “tidied up” in a fast manner. The easy detachable unit that collects dirt, to do sofas, chairs, & small stuff, is a plus too. I think you’ll be definitely please after using. ... show more

We bought this vacuum as a replacement for our Shark Navigator which we had for years as a cordless option for easier cleaning. While the vacuum power is impressive there are some downsides to it that should hopefully be addressed by the manufacturer in future models. Pros: Great suction power Easy to empty Convenience Light Weight Great for stairs / easy to assemble/disassemble Cons: The tiny dustbin needs to be emptied often Battery power isn't great Battery charging takes 4 hours for a full charge No corded option Quality feels cheap (My wife described this as a "my first vacuum toy" feel) While it is a great vacuum for convenience, I feel like for the name and price of an Electrolux, there should be more bells and whistles, or at least a bigger bin option or an option to use as a cord when the short battery life is depleted. If I vacuum for 30 minutes or more the vacuum is usually dead or close to dead, requiring me to dock it and charge it for 4 hours. The time spent charging is not worth the 30 minutes worth of cleaning, especially when having to empty the bin almost after every medium-sized room. We are going to keep the vacuum, but I can see us having to purchase a regular corded vacuum for non-routine cleanup, which is a shame as we shouldn't need to have more than one vacuum - especially with a price tage of $300. ... show more
