I’ve had it for a month, I have POTS and due to its severity I have to use a wheelchair whenever I leave my apartment. I cannot lift it by myself whatsoever, my husband has to lift it for me. To be fair, I should not be lifting anything while standing outside in general, so this does not really mean much. It folds down very nice, and I’m able to put it underneath my desk at work and use it as a foot rest while it’s not in use so that’s a HUGE plus!! I have not taken it out in the rain, but it seems to do very well! It was super easy to get the hang up, I just hired to get used to when it stops and when it doesn’t, it is a very smooth and very nice. You will feel all of the bumps just like a normal wheelchair, but it’s otherwise very comfortable. I can comfortably hold many items, the handles are great for holding a purse, or if my husband is having a bad day with his disabilities, he can use the wheelchair as a balancer while I use it to walk with him. One of the best things about this is I can hold my husband’s hand again while we walk side-by-side. I really did miss that so much. My husband was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes, and it seemed pretty simple. It came together really easy, the only thing that I did not like is that I cannot move the control panel part of it to the left-handed side if I wanted to, I’m thankfully right handed, but this would still be very irritating if I was a left-handed person. It seems pretty sturdy, while getting used to my brakes, I accidentally made a few holes in the walls, or hit my oven head on. No damage to the wheelchair, I again have not taken it out in the rain, so I’m not sure how it will last there, but I really do try to avoid it All in all, I love this wheelchair, it has given me the ability to finally work in office instead of from my home, this has helped with my anxiety, socialization, and I have finally been able to take on a bonus and improve my working habits. It’s so nice to finally be able to get out of the apartment more than once every two weeks, and it really has given me the confidence to go everywhere. It gives me so much more energy because instead of dreading the idea of going on walks, or going out to eat in any fashion, I can comfortably say that as long as I have my wheelchair, I am comfortable and excited to go out and enjoy nature. Also with my POTS I have noticed that I am significantly more adaptable to the heat. Instead of getting hot in a 75+° weather, I was able to go out with a blanket and hoodie on a 85+° they were the sun was shining and it was pretty hot out. I have not been able to enjoy the sun like that in a very, very, very long time. I really do enjoy being able to get out, I used to be a very active before and it feels like earning some of my freedoms back

This wheelchair is an absolute game changer it has helped my disabled father he uses it for everything from the store to the house to just going outside. It works great he really loves it and gas nothing but praise for it. The battery lasts a long time it has pretty good speed and even climbs up decent grades with relative ease

I bought this electric wheelchair as a surprise for a coworker who has limited mobility. We wanted to make her workday a little easier so she wouldn't have to walk long distances during breaks or when she was in pain. The chair worked incredibly well from day one—smooth ride, responsive controls, and great battery life. She absolutely loved it and found it so comfortable that she preferred using it most of the time instead of just during breaks! That’s really a testament to how convenient and user-friendly this wheelchair is. While circumstances at work changed and she’s no longer here, it had nothing to do with the chair. If anything, this wheelchair helped her stay mobile and independent, she just loved it too much and decided to never get off of it to get work done. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who needs reliable mobility support, either part-time or full-time, just make sure you request reasonable accommodation when you decide to do nothing at your job.

This is truly an awesome chair. The chair is sort of lightweight. To maneuver the chair into the car one may need assistance. Otherwise, the batteries are strong. The charge doesn’t lose power. Be careful with the joystick. It’s very touchy. Practice slowly. I definitely endorse this chair.

The item came with broken parts. Not fully functional. Requested for a new one since this item is non-refundable. They denied a replacement and when contacted they offered parts to replace the broken parts. Never received them. Disappointed and frustrated as this was for my elderly parent. Can’t even use it for safety reasons, waste of money spent. Not a trusted company , no responsibility for their own defective or damaged parts.

This was/is amazing for allowing my husband to return to work with a shattered ankle and broken bones in his leg. It folds perfectly for in and out of the trunk. His job normally has him walking 8-10 hours a day on a college campus so this is a BIG help.

This chair has been a life saver for traveling in the airport getting to the right terminal on time and is decently quick and smooth rode on flat surfaces. This does struggle on rougher or rocky terrain but would say for the cost and portability that’s fine. If your looking for a chair that will handle grassy or even mildly rough terrain and small lips this is not chair for that. It is a very bumpy ride and if your on a bit of a hill you risk falling out. The quality of battery is good and had decent longevity. It handled day long travel via plane and a several Hour Renaissance fair. Assembly was minimal and straightforward however the wiring connection did not make sense to me and had to find a youtube video to know the connections needed to go.
