I’ve had it about a week. So far I love it. It’s holds a good charge. It easy to use, and the size is good for reading. I almost got the smaller size but I’m glad I got this size. This doesn’t not have a colored screen but it’s perfect for reading. I love the jade green color! I really went back and forth between the green and pink. Both colors are great. Over all I have very happy with my purchase. I went from reading on an iPad to this I prefer this better. It’s lighter and easier to read on. I wish the lock button was on top but that’s my only take away.

This new paperwhite is so nice! I am replacing my first paperwhite that is 11 years old, and the extra size is perfect, larger without being too big. I like that I can adjust both brightness and color tone for when I'm reading at night. The Jade color is fun, and I like that it shows my reading progress in pages, not location numbers. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

Can’t even tell that it was pre-owned! Came new in the box, packaged beautifully. Set up was easy and a breeze. I absolutely love the paperwhite screen, reading in the sun is easy and the warmth adjustment is 100% worth it. I read a lot at night so having the warmth setting makes it easy on my eyes. The quality is great, I have small hands and even though this is the “bigger” size it’s easy to hold and lightweight. I use a pop socket on it for a more comfortable grip on it but I could do without and still be comfortable holding it.

I love the Kindle Paperwhite - I give it only 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1 - why is the power button on the bottom? It gets accidentally pressed and powered off multiple times daily because of this awkward position. I am not sure why it has not been changed, I know this is a complaint from more people than myself. 2 - the responsiveness from the Home Screen/library is a little slow. Unlike the Kindle app on my iPhone which is instantaneous, it frequently takes seconds to minutes to respond to touch. All that being said, it is wonderful to read from. Lightweight, versatile, easy to read in the sun, holds hundreds of books, backlit so you can read at night, the list goes on. Fix the 2 things mentioned above and it'll be perfect!

The media could not be loaded. It came packaged nicely. It came with a charging cord (no brick). Looks brand new, I couldn’t tell the difference. It also gave me the 3 months of free kindle unlimited when setting up the kindle. I wasn’t expecting that since I wasn’t purchasing it new, so that was a pleasant surprise. It works great! I’ve had no issues so far and I’m really enjoying using it. The power button is on the bottom next to the charging port! I thought I wouldn’t like this, but the button is actually kind of stiff. You have to intentionally push on it, so if you’re worried about accidentally pushing it, I wouldn’t worry about that. I like the auto adjust feature on the brightness, but you can turn it off if you don’t want it. You can adjust the amount of yellow on the screen. I charged it a few days ago and it’s still at 84%. So the battery seems to last for a while. Also, if you double tap the sides or the back, it will turn the page for you! It even registers through my case. Anyways, definitely recommend getting the refurbished to save some money. Worth it.

My Paperwhite that I received was pretty indistinguishable from brand new. No scratches or damage. I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and I use it every day. I love the big screen and the auto-adjust for brightness is pretty spot-on. The warmth adjustment is nice for reading at night which is one of the reasons why I got the Paperwhite. It could easily go a month without charging. I think going refurbished was a great way to save money but still get a nice Kindle. I held off on getting an ereader for a long time but I’ve been reading some longer books recently and this is way more comfortable to hold for long periods.

I was contemplating for a few months to get this kindle and wish I would have bought this sooner! I would have read that many more books! I really like the lighting features and capabilities especially for reading at night. I am able to darken the brightness significantly as well as adjust the warmth. These were the most important features to me. Turning the pages are easy and smooth and the it’s loading and performance speed are quicker than I expected.
