It's alot to put together but it's worth it once you're done. Had a few scratches on it but they said they are sending me replacement parts. Costumer service was really good, and got back to me fast. And was helpful in fixing the problem. But it rides like a dream. I'm 400lbs and going 22mph lol it's a lot of fun!

Last time I looked at reviews for this trike there were numerous 1 star reviews by recent purchasers. They have since been removed. I have owned the trike for less than a month. It is now inoperable and will not turn on. Requires 90% assembly (see attached photo). While the frame and wheels are well made and appear durable everything else is cheaply made and prone to being easily damaged or to malfunction. Over 50% of the time the display fails to change the PAS level when the trike is in motion. It is necessary to stop the trike to change the level of pedal assist. The battery mount is especially cheap. I do not see it lasting under use. The controller casing is also made of cheap material and offers little protection to the controller which is not stationary within the case and moves back and forth. The seat and handle bars are extremely hard to tighten. Pedsl assist does not engage soon enough even at the most sensitive level and is especially slow to engage when you pause pedaling as when going over a speed bump. The suspension is poor. You feel every bump, hole and crack in the road. It does not have tail light or reflectors. The battery has no certification. Customer service is excellent.

The trike is well built. Needs better instructions. Customer support was excellent. When I first opened box and began assembly there was a missing screw and a damaged part. I contacted customer support and they responded almost immediately. Have corresponded several times and their response were also immediate. I have never had this type of support. I have had many good comments while riding the bike around the community
