The bike arrived sooner than promised and was packaged very well. I am 72 years old and I was able to put this together in a reasonable amount of time by myself. It has great ride, very strong and satisfying ride. The bike is well built and should last a long time. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The bike looks like it will be good and I want to give 5 stars and may update once I hear back from the seller. We just received the trike and are putting it together as it is a birthday gift for my aunt. So far the electrical box cover (guessing that’s what we’ll call it) and the front fender are damaged. Super disappointed. I have messaged the seller asking for a replacement fender be sent. Hoping for a quick response a new fender cause again this is a birthday gift. I’ll update as I go on how this is handled. Update 1- the seller has responded to the initial concern and stated they will mail us the damaged and missing parts which is great news! However after 5 hours (assembly & battery charge) the bike doesn’t work. It turns on and you can hear the battery working, but the power isn’t going to the front tire. Upon further inspection it appears the wire that brings the juice to the front tire is poorly attached and actually loose. I have messaged the seller and we shall see what happens. With this new development it is clear my birthday gift will not be presented on said birthday :( Update 2- the seller is “investigating” the videos sent and will get back to me. Prior to this outcome the back and forth was a bit frustrating. They tried to state a photo of the tire (picture below) had dirt on it so the wire may had been damaged from riding. So I had to remind them the look again as the tire is straight from the box and has never left the garage/driveway as it doesn’t work so has never been driven. They also tried to point out that the break line wasn’t installed correctly so this could be causing problems, so again I had to remind them to go back to our first email to remind the the break cord isn’t installed because they never sent it. Again, I will keep this post updated as we go.

Don't buy if you don't like puzzles. The videos are what you watch-not the instructions. We were novices so took 7hrs to assemble BUT totally worth it! Got it to 33MPH. People asking everywhere I go in Florida. Great for the bike lanes, beach and campgrounds. I wont be falling off it which is why I went for a trike. The wide tires are what we needed. Other models had thin. The rear basket comes with a cover/liner that I keep my helmet, lock and bike cover (which is very good quality. I even use the phone holder that comes with it. It's not hard to put together. Just time consuming and most of it was when doing the gears/shifting. Solid bike and I love it!

While I was taking the parts out of the box one of the rear fenders had two dents in it. I proceeded to assemble the Tricycle anyway. I had to download the video for assembly which made it a lot easier then the instruction manual. After the assembly was complete and the battery was charged I went to turn on the Trike. It had no power to anything. I contacted their customer service through Amazon about this issue. The next day their customer service support team contacted me for more information on the issue. I downloaded a short video and emailed it to them on how I was starting the Trike and how there was no power going to the monitor or anything else. They asked me to make sure that all the wires were plugged in (which they were because I already checked that out) If they were then to unplug all of the wires and plug them all back in. This worked the the trike had power and everything was operating properly. I guess it just needed to be reset. I took the Trike for a ride. The ride was a lot more comfortable then I thought it would be, changed gears smoothly, breaks were great, and the pick up speed was excellent. I am very happy with the Tricycle. I am even happier with their support team. They got back with me within 24 hours and we had all the issues resolved within 48 hours. plus the company is sending me a new rear fender to replace the damaged one. The customer support team has gained my respect. I give the Tricycle a 5 star and the customer support team a 10.
