My husband and I have been using this scooter for a while now, and we both absolutely love it. First of all, the assembly was incredibly simple. When it arrived, it was basically ready to go, and we only needed to lock the handlebars in place. We use it almost every day to commute from our house to campus and down to the city center. It gets us there so quickly and smoothly. The 3-speed system is great because we can easily switch speeds depending on the traffic. One of my favorite things is the folding design. When I ride it to the supermarket, I can easily fold it up and place it right in the bottom rack of the shopping cart, so I don't have to worry about locking it outside. The battery life has been impressive with great range, and it charges up really fast. Both the mobile app and the physical buttons are very intuitive to use. Plus, the built-in headlights and taillights give us a lot of peace of mind when we are riding back later in the evening. Really recommended.

Bought these so my wife and I could make a 3/4 mile commute to our work together. My wife is 135 lb, I am about 250. Large I know, but still under the advertised weight limit. I did not expect them to perform at their advertised peak levels. But I figured if they could do even half of what they said it would be more than enough for our short commute. My wife was so excited when these arrived, we canceled our entire evening and built them immediately so we could ride them around the block. These scooters were an immediate letdown, absolutely pathetic. They could not get us up even a moderate Hill. The batteries drained after just a two laps around on the block, even with us walking them up slight hills. I did get it to hit the max speed of 25 mph, but that was going downhill. On level ground they could only do about 10 to 12 mph. And if there was even a moderate grade they would grind to a halt. We would have to walk them uphill. On very small hills, my wife could ride to the top. But even then the scooter would only do about 3 mph. So she wasn't getting there any faster than me walking. I doubt that we got two defective scooters. I think they're advertised way more powerful than they really are. Absolutely pathetic performance on hills, battery life, and the speed claim is pathetic even on level ground. I suspect these would be great for children, especially if you live somewhere very flat. But the pictures with adults riding them are laughable. I was going to return them, but we have to pay return shipping. It's on me for not noticing that. I think we would do better to sell them on Facebook marketplace then try to return them. We'll get more of our money back.

Do not buy!! I specifically ordered the black and red one exclusively because it's meant for rain snow Etc and they sent me a cracked deck made of skateboard material which is supposed to be a plastic deck..and it is gray orange and black not meeting any of the specs that I ordered the battery holds no charge it's supposed to hold up to 260 lb and go up to 21 mph it's also supposed to be able to go in the rain but the battery is unprotected on the underneath deck so I cannot get wet at all with a scooter will completely break the listing does not match anything that I ordered and speaking to the actual sellers takes days and half the time you try to upload the pictures to send to them they don't actually load so you can't even attach your pictures to show them that they are completely wrong if I could give it zero Stars I would but you have to at least give it one to give a review completely upset cuz we needed this to be ahead of the heat wave to help with the commute for my fiance getting to and from work and they totally ripped us off send us a cheaper one made of much cheaper quality and it's just straight garbage broken not even the same color spectrum

Nice scooter for the price, goes faster than expected, super easy to assemble, of using on eco mode you can ride for while without charging. Unfortunately after a week of riding it started beeping an error code. Reached out to company to get it fixed currently waiting on part. 😢

This is small for a 250 lb man but it gets me around. I wouldn’t use it for hills but it goes slowly up uphill inclines faster than walking I have got up to 22 mph downhill. Not real powerful but it does what is says. Great brakes also

2 1/2 Stars I absolutely love having a scooter. I don't own a car and I use public transit. I am able to use this to get to my first stop. If there's any distance between stops or from where I get off transit to my destination, it really cuts down, travel time, as well as the amount of time you're spending in the blazing heat. I've had it for a few weeks now. The price was great. It feels well built. I also really appreciate that it comes with an app. You can set your speed limit, if u want to, right through the app. It's very stable, the braking system is pretty good. I feel safe on it mainly because it does have great stability and decent breaking. Buy stability.I mean, I don't feel like it's going to fall apart.It seems pretty well made and stable. It folds up in about three seconds, so you can carry it or stash it in a trunk. It does weigh approximately twenty eight pounds.And after a day of luggaging around, it might make you a little sore. I find that holding it up at one end and rolling it on one tire really helps make it easier. The things I wish it had: I really wish that it had shocks! Maybe if it had some lights along the deck, the headlight is not very bright. I'm a 55-year-old woman, I feel very safe on it. I REALLY do wish there were some shocks. Due to some neck and back issues, usually after I've ridden it, I develop a lot of pain because of the fact that it does not have shocks. So if you're dealing with those kinds of issues, you might want to think about purchasing something with shocks. I have seen scooters very close to this price point that do have shocks. The fact that it is air tires, and not solid tires does make a small difference, but not as much as they claim. I honestly probably would have returned it due to that, I don't think that's really an option and I'm not sure that it would be free to return. I do like the fact that the shipping was free even though it was an inexpensive model. Please just be aware if you have any sort of back, neck, knee or hip issues, you are going to be bounced around quite a bit and it may exacerbate your problems. After the first time I rode it, I woke up the next morning and I had a MASSIVE headache, my back and neck were TIGHT and killing me. I was actually down for a couple days. One other thing I'd like to note is that the brakes are already squeaky, and I think that is because you really need to wipe down the breaking system to make sure that it is clean from debris, unfortunately, it's not IP rated for dust. I weigh 108 and am very petit, so when I ride it, it goes up to 21 miles per hour. It handles hills, okay, depending on the grade. Overall, if you don't mind getting bounced around quite a bit, it's worth the money. Going up a driveway is almost like hitting a wall, even if you try to go at an angle.

When this thing worked it was an awesome little machine. Good for short trips with little to no incline. All features worked as advertised, Speed was a bit slower than advertised but that is dependent on weight and size of rider. However, After only 4 uses the wheel misalined with the handel bars rendering scooter useless. I started a return process and shipping cost to return item fell on me! it will cost more to ship than i paid for the scooter. Not worth the headache. Save yourself the time and frustration. DO NOT PURCHASE. Good machine when it worked but if it breaks down you are stuck with it. dont bother
