The media could not be loaded. Compramos está scooter para que mi hija de 13 años pudiera ir y venir a la escuela y hasta mi esposo la usa para ir a la tienda más cercana. Tuvimos problemas con una pieza que estaba rota, le escribí al vendedor y me respondió muy rápido y amablemente, nos enviaron la pieza para reemplazar la que estaba rota y ahora mi hija usa la scooter todos los días. ……that the scooter does not come close to the 25 mile range. I’m 180lbs and I used the slowest setting, M1, and I was able to go about 10-12 miles on a full charge. And that was riding on and off throughout the day. Also the M3 mode is not available, however with the M2 mode I can achieve about 18MPH on average. I like this little scooter and since I know its limitations I can plan accordingly. It gets me to where I need to go and I make sure I keep my charger handy and plug in when I can. Hope this helps :)

The media could not be loaded. It was a great sturdy little scooter for 5 months! After a couple months the charging started to act up but would still receive a charge with a little bit effort plugging it in and out and jostling it around. This was already after the return window so it was annoying but eventually it would still work. Suddenly today it will not receive a charge at all. I opened the bottom up to see if there was something obvious wrong, because I don’t know what to do! I did see a cord set up that isn’t attached to anything but I can’t find anything missing a cord. I got this because I recently have become disabled and I need some way to walk my very active dogs. Now I have nothing to use and I’m out the money spent because it’s past the return window and the seller doesn’t offer product support! Terrible business practice don’t buy this!

I like this electric bike, as long as it is fully charged, it can run about 10 miles long. I usually drive an suv, and when I come back from work, I will take this small electric bicycle to shuttle around the city and blow the wind, which is very refreshing. So I love it

Like the scooter itself although I had some great difficulty mostly with the seat, attaching it, etc. , but there is no support. It says there’s ‘product support’ but I never received any support / response from seller or manufacturer with actual answers to my questions. There are no instructions how to actually use this scooter such as the accelerator, the brakes, stopping, starting, safety issues while riding, there is no way to even use the right hand brake. I finally did receive a response after 4 days to these issues but again —no specific answers. Only response was ‘ there is no cruise control’. I didn’t ask a thing about cruise control. ? They also added that I could use the left hand brake if I desired (instead of right)Well what is the point of the right brake if one cannot use it? Also says I should be receiving a free gift, that I qualified for gift but never got this gift. If you like the idea of learning how to use this scooter with no instructions how to and enjoy learning completely on your own with no answers to questions then you will enjoy this scooter.
