The kids fit securely and the borosilicate (same composition as Pyrex) glass is tough and accurately molded. I also like the idea that they take on 100% of the support of the children they sponsor in two orphanages. Nice. The glassware is well packed.

They were just what I needed to portion out a big casserole into two meals!! I’m trying to slowly get rid of all my plastic food storage containers and change to glass or Pyrex. These are great for freezing. They stack easily in my freezer.

These work well for me. They are what I needed. Nice size. Great from freezer to microwave even though I put them in the refrigerator overnight due to their size if completely frozen could take time to defrost. I have read that some have trouble getting the lids to snap closed and they are right. I seem to be able to close the two end tabs with no trouble but the two side tabs like to give you a run for your money but they do eventually close. I use them a lot with only two tabs closed and the seal seems to be tight. Was going to remove a star because of the tabs, but I didn't because I can get all four to close if needed. ... show more

The lids seem a tad small to accommodate the glass which has a rim. Have a hard time closing and once closed opening as well unless I open the shorter end first. These are thick glass which I like but I do not want to fight closing a lid. Other than that I like these. I can't return because I washed and used did not test the seal prior to using. I am using these for food storage not for cooking. ... show more

    • Lids don't close
I got these and washed them. I put some cut up meat in one of them, and I tried to put lid on and one of the lids was missing the plastic part that seals it, so I grabbed the other lid and it didn't shut at all.. kept popping open and there was barely anything in it. I tried putting the lid on the he other glass tuberware and that didn't close either. Bummer I washed them and put food in one that I couldn't return it. ... show more
