I've had this scooter for a little over a year now. Everything was fine with it until about a week ago. The first thing that went wrong was my back left suspension bolt stripped itself somehow so now it just rattles when I ride. Then today I took it off the charger, got on and was heading out for a ride. I got about a minute or so from my house and it shut itself off and won't turn back on. ... show more

The scooter feels very solid and is very quick. It will hit 27mph IF fully charged. Once the battery starts to go down, it will struggle to hit 24mph with the limit off. I really, really wish they included basic instructions on the menu setup for this. We had to search YouTube to get how to use/turn off the cruise control and reference the YouTube's posted on the description sight to set from kmp to mph and turn off the speed limiter. ... show more

It took some putting tools and muscle to do. - No app. Does this model not have an app for changing settings (such as KPH to MPH)? - Useless manual. Nothing found online either. Brake assortment, assembly, screen display operation… No instructions for any of what one needs. What you get are instructions for things like How to Ride and How to Fold. - No chat help available. I bought this electric scooter to use for work . It's very convenient and has a great battery life, I can use it for about 5 days on a single charge. The scooter comes with a front light and a rear light so I can ride well at night. The ambient lights are also cool and are included with the turn signals. The customer service was great and I was pleasantly surprised that they sent me the electronic manual as soon as I received the scooter.
