    • Battery takes you a mile, app takes you nowhere

My main issue is the fact that there was little assistance and little to be done when my sons scooter was stolen. “Anti theft” is the most useless marketing term I’ve seen so far. And I don’t even understand the point of the app if it can’t even locate the scooter it’s supposed to be synced with. Not much of a parental control. It took me awhile to even get the product support and because it was bought “so long ago” (all of 6 months ago it was bought for an Xmas present that he just started being able to use since it’s Michigan and the weather is finally nice enough) that was supposed to make me feel better. A product should last at least 6 months. The scooter itself is ok, it dies after about 1 mile on the eco setting, when I rode it, I’m about 180 lb.l just taking it up to the store in the neighborhood (flat land) to see how long the battery lasted but that’s whatever, my son just needed it for a half mile commute. But on top of that the app that is marketed for it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and I find it frustrating how all these reviews are super great when they FIRST take it out of the box but not when you actually need real answers. I can accept having to buy another scooter for him now but not even a discount. Not assistance, nothing to help with the situation we’re in. Just a “what do you want that was so long ago.” I’ll take my money elsewhere. ... show more

Works great and goes fast enough for my 8 year old. The brake works great and the light on the front is nice also and is very bright. The only problem we had was that the top two screws on the handle bar are junk and fell off easily. It is a smooth ride.

I’ve been using this scooter for a few days now, and honestly, the 500W motor has way more kick than I expected. The 20 MPH top speed feels just right—fast enough to be fun but still super easy to control when you’re on the sidewalk. I’m also really impressed with the range because I can usually go a few days of commuting without even thinking about the charger. The 10-inch tires make the ride surprisingly smooth, so I don’t feel every single bump or crack in the road like on cheaper models. It’s also lightweight enough that I can just fold it up and carry it into the shops.
