This is a great scooter! I like to ride my bike and my grandson rides this scooter. We usually go around 10-12 miles and he has no problem keeping up (actually I have to go faster many times just to keep up). I like how easy it is to assemble (very little to assemble). The ride quality is perfect, and we tried other electric scooters but this was truly the best one that we could find. For the money it was outstanding. We have only had it for about 7 months but we have had no problems. It is outstanding.

Battery takes you a mile, app takes you nowhere

My main issue is the fact that there was little assistance and little to be done when my sons scooter was stolen. “Anti theft” is the most useless marketing term I’ve seen so far. And I don’t even understand the point of the app if it can’t even locate the scooter it’s supposed to be synced with. Not much of a parental control. It took me awhile to even get the product support and because it was bought “so long ago” (all of 6 months ago it was bought for an Xmas present that he just started being able to use since it’s Michigan and the weather is finally nice enough) that was supposed to make me feel better. A product should last at least 6 months. The scooter itself is ok, it dies after about 1 mile on the eco setting, when I rode it, I’m about 180 lb.l just taking it up to the store in the neighborhood (flat land) to see how long the battery lasted but that’s whatever, my son just needed it for a half mile commute. But on top of that the app that is marketed for it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and I find it frustrating how all these reviews are super great when they FIRST take it out of the box but not when you actually need real answers. I can accept having to buy another scooter for him now but not even a discount. Not assistance, nothing to help with the situation we’re in. Just a “what do you want that was so long ago.” I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Powerful & convenient E scooter

I've been having this electric scooter for two weeks now, and so far I'm very satisfied with it. It's perfect for daily commuting and short trips around town—I often ride it to the bank and supermarket near my home without having to drive. Compared to my first scooter, this one feels more powerful, easily reaching top speed and effortlessly handling slight inclines. The front light and brake light design make nighttime riding very convenient and safety. Plus, modern scooters are easy to fold, making them simple to carry or store; it fits comfortably in the trunk of a car when going out.

EASY, FUN and LIGHT

Firstly let me breakdown this little scooter because it’s pretty cool. The QUALITY on it is premium for what it is and the SIZE is very comfortable for an adult looking to get into it (might be a little big for a 8 year old). The SPEED I mean it does what it needs to do but it’s a little iffy since you need to download the app that is quiet janky and when it comes to using the Bluetooth it doesn’t tell you which one to connect. Another thing I will say is the EASE OF TRANSPORT. When it comes in the box it already comes folded which is very compact my god you’d be surprised how little space this sucker takes up. It rides fairly well the suspension is a little lack luster but she takes off. If you’re looking to get this for your little one it might be a little big but it’s light enough to where they can move around on it. All the weight is on the bottom either way. ALSO THE LITTLE HEADLIGHT IT HAS is pretty cool LED so it can light up a dark area fairly well and the break light flashes whenever you pulling in the brake lever, they made the lights very subtle but also very bright so you can be seen at night. Forgot to mention because I got told this about other scooters or electric bikes. THIS ONE DOES COME WITH A CHARGER.

Fun way to enjoy outdoors with a quick ride!

Pros: Black and green styling (awesome). Green reflector striping looks cool. Motor is quiet, charges in less time (than manual depicts) Scooter is durable, well built, and portable. Right size for me as an adult, and it offers me a great way to get out and enjoy nature with a nice breeze and fun, quick ride! Cons: Ride range is questionable, battery drains quickly, and the speed can strain and suffer on the return trip back (little hills-inclines, yeah it struggles which is noticeable. In relation to charge duration info, I need to perform a time study for battery strength as I've noticed when I start a ride at the park I want to ride around in, the battery has a strength of 5 bars-yet when I return to my vehicle by the end of return trip-the battery is completely depleted and the one bar left on screen flashes red. At this time, I'm not sure (minutes wise) of how long the battery charge will last after a full charge to completely depleted by end of run. Let me perform a range test-and once I get the updated information-I'll update my review so everything is accurate, truthful, and to the point.
