It’s a fun scooter, I’ve gone up to 22mph on it and it’s fast and me being 5’8 and atleast 200lbs it does its job. Shocks hmm they work but I still feel it could be a lil better. Some bumps I feel rough and hard like a normal push scooter. Other than that it’s a fun scooter. Nice and sturdy durability feels good and the range on it is good haven’t gone far like miles but i think it’ll do good in small commute. And noise, no noise nice and quiet no rattles or anything . I still give it a 5 star

I am beyond angry and disappointed with my purchase of the AOVO electric scooter. I bought the 10" model as a holiday gift for my son during Amazon Prime Days (October 8, 2025), only to discover after the holidays that the scooter is a total piece of junk. It worked for a single day—ONE DAY—before it completely stopped moving. The tail light just flashes red nonstop, even though the battery claims it’s fully charged and the app says everything should be fine. The scooter refuses to start and is now nothing but an expensive, useless piece of metal sitting in my basement. Of course, the Amazon return window closed before we realized the product was defective – as we did not open and assemble the item until the holidays, so I’m stuck! I’ve emailed AOVO customer service multiple times using the address from their official website ([email protected]) and have received ZERO response. Not a single acknowledgment, apology, or offer of support. My son is heartbroken; this was supposed to be his big holiday present. I feel completely ripped off and ignored by this company. If I could give this product and the company zero stars or negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid AOVO at all costs.

My previous electric scooter was stolen, so I did a lot of research and bought this one. This electric scooter is much more comfortable to ride than my previous one. It has suspension, and it's easy to assemble and use right out of the box. It's very convenient for taking my children to and from school every day. I just don't know how long the battery will last.

This electric scooter has exceeded my expectations. The 350W/500W motor provides strong acceleration and easily reaches near the 24 mph top speed, making commuting fast and fun. The 14-inch solid tires handle bumps and rough roads better than I expected, and I like not worrying about flats. Dual brakes feel responsive and give me confidence when riding in traffic. Folding the scooter is quick and convenient for storage or carrying into the office. The app is easy to connect and useful for checking speed and settings. Okay. I’ve had this a few weeks now. Overall, it does its job and gets me a few miles to and from things. Perfect for dry weather and flat ground. It’s cheap and I didn’t expect too much from it. Folds easily and weight is manageable for me. Cons: terrible on hills. Sometimes I try to help by kicking 😅 DEATH TRAP IN THE RAIN - the wheels are hard plastic so the wheels do NOT grip ANYTHING. They kick out from under you if you turn/have a slant etc. (I’ve had two crashes 😅🤣) App isn’t very useful - I couldn’t figure out how to connect it and/or it didn’t connect for me. Isn’t terribly intuitive. The screws in the handle bars get loose frequently so you’ll need to carry the tool with you and/or not throw it away. The battery doesn’t charge full nearly as fast as it says. The scooter will have full bars after you plug it in for a short time but then dies quickly if not unplugged from the charger after the charger turns green showing FULL charge. It takes SEVERAL hours from empty to full. Like 6-8 hours.

They work great they do 35kmph 22mph I'm 225 6'0. They charge very fast they take off very fast. We use them when we go camping. Got tired of walking to keep up with the kids on their bikes. This summer will really test them in yellowstone and Utah. Wanted bikes but these go just as fast for alot cheaper.

Purchased as a gift for Christmas and it just stopped working. Reached out to their email address provided for support on their warranty and was told they can't find my order and they do not sell this on Amazon. I sent them a screenshot of the available scooter on Amazon with the current price - silence. If you want to take a chance that you will not get a defective scooter go ahead and purchase as it worked great for the very short time that it did work. Just know that if it is defective or you need the company's customer service for anything they will deny they sell this product and you are out of luck!

The handle bars are a little taller than we expected for our soon to be 10 year old but the scooter itself is great quality. I do wish you could control the height, maybe you can, but I couldnt find it in the manual or on the scooter itself. Good quality scooter for the price though!!
