We strongly advise against purchasing this product based on our experience. This scooter is exceptionally dangerous due to the poor integration between the speed control module, the operating interface, and the installed battery. While we’ve had positive experiences with other electric scooter sellers, this purchase has been an absolute nightmare. Upon unboxing the scooter on Christmas Eve, we carefully removed all components to ensure it was in perfect condition for our son. The delivery box arrived undamaged, and the packaging seemed well-protected. However, as we unpacked the handlebar assembly, we discovered a cleanly sliced wire. This wire connects the head unit to the left side of the handlebar. Since we didn’t use any cutting tools during unboxing, it’s clear the wire was cut before packaging. Additionally, the head unit is incompatible with the internal speed control module, meaning we cannot program the head unit to limit the scooter’s speed. This is a significant safety issue given how fast the scooter can travel. The problems didn’t end there—the seat stem doesn’t fit into its bracket, and the bracket doesn’t fit onto the scooter, making it impossible to attach the seat. After further research, it appears the head unit and seat were intended for a completely different model, which might explain the cut wire. To make matters worse, after charging the scooter for about 30 minutes, the housing where the speed control module is located got extremely hot; however, the charger itself remained at an as expected temperature. Additionally, the floorboard isn’t sealed to the housing, leaving the batteries vulnerable to water damage over time. These issues suggest the scooter was cobbled together using cheaper, mismatched parts intended for other models. When we contacted Amazon Customer Service, we were told it could take up to 30 days to receive a refund after the item is returned. This delay is unacceptable, especially since this was our son’s main Christmas gift. He’s already disappointed he can’t use the scooter, and the lengthy refund process means we can’t purchase a replacement anytime soon. We also reached out to the manufacturer, as advised in the manual, to see if they could expedite the return process or provide a replacement. Unfortunately, we’ve received no response. We understand that these problems may be a manufacturer issue and not the fault of the seller. The seller did a great job with delivering the product earlier than expected. But for all the reasons above, we cannot recommend this scooter and urge others to look elsewhere for a safer, better-made product.

First I would like to thank the seller, they are great when answering questions and responding to any concerns. Delivery was early and fast, arrived before due date even with a few logistic delays and hiccups. Seller was helpful and friendly. Onto the scoot.... not going to sugarcoat. I was expecting a lesser quality item. This scooter when unboxed blew my mind.🤯😲🥰. It is such good quality I was expecting plastic and weak aluminum. This is not, this scooter is heavy duty compared to my current commuter. It has great weight to it, some hefty tires, adjustable seat and handle bars. Easy and straightforward to put together. Came fully charged with the bonuses accessories. I have only rode a few times but is quick and gets up to speed. I was even a little shacky after my first ride. Extremely durable and great product. Thank you. If anything comes up in future I'll try to update.

This electric scooter is perfect for my daily commute! The battery lasts long enough for my round trips to work, so I don’t have to worry about running out of power. It’s stable and handles bumps well, making the ride comfortable. The seat is also very comfy. The speed is just right—not too fast, so it feels safe and efficient. I’m really happy with this choice; it has made my daily commute much easier!
