This Bedframe looks just like the pictures. It is a pretty good Bedframe for the price. I haven’t gotten to putting the mattress on or sleeping in it yet, but from what I have so far, the bars supporting the mattress are a little bendy, so I wouldn’t put anything super heavy on it. As for assembly, it was pretty difficult. The instructions weren’t really clear. For example, on multiple pages of the manual didn’t tell you what pieces to use so you had to look very closely at the images in the manual. Also, it skipped multiple build pieces that you need to assemble for the bed frame, so I had to calculate what screws wouldn’t be used, and guess how to put those together with what I thought were the right screws. As for the desk, it is pretty stable. The drawers that came with it are fairly durable. The LED lights that came with it are very short, so I do suggest you get some longer ones if that’s important to you. The steps on the latter are okay, they do have thin parts where the screw under it goes, that the wood wrap covers just the hole, so if you buy, be careful with the steps. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but I don’t suggest it if you are a heavier person or have a heavy mattress, or want this for a permanent bed frame for years. ... show more

Better than the loft bed I bought for $500.The instructions were clear. The removable ladder makes changing sheets easy, and the tall safety guardrail eases my worries. No box spring needed saved us $$ too! If you need space-saving magic, BUY THIS!
