If I could give it a negative rating I would. Do NOT waste your money on this scooter!! Nothing but problems from day one including assembly. Battery doesn't last for more than 8 miles learned that the hard way first ride when I got stranded cuz it died on the side of the road. Barely goes 15 mph. Keep in mind that my commute is 4 miles on a flat straight road so the issues have nothing to do with hills or rough roads. Under carriage is starting to rust after only a month and its never even gotten wet. Super uncomfortable seat. No matter how much you adjust and tighten the handlebars and seat they don't stay in position and lower themselves 5 minutes into your ride. Ohhh and the breaks let go time and time again no matter how many times I've fixed them they just let go completely zero stopping this thing is a death trap ... show more

The scooter arrived with signs of prior use and did not power on at all. Despite multiple requests for a return and full refund, the seller refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead repeatedly offered partial refunds, accessories, and repair instructions. They did send a “return label,” but it was not prepaid, meaning I would have had to pay significant shipping costs to return a defective item. Even after Amazon became involved, the issue was not properly resolved. I would avoid this seller due to the poor handling of a defective product and return process. ... show more

I purchased this scooter and it arrived July 5th, 2026. It is now July 20th, 2026. The scooter is awesome, rides well, and it gets me to work in 10 minutes. However, it definitely doesn’t reach 25mph. Max, 20. The battery percentage reader is also finicky. If I have it on the second setting “D”, it shows 3 bars. But if I put it back to the first setting, “E”, it goes back to 4 bars. Take with it what you will. For the price, I love it. Better than walking for 30mins in 100F weather. ... show more
