My scooter was most likely stolen and they refunded me my money. Great sellers. I was gonna buy one cause my friend had one and I tried it out and boy did I love it. I still want to buy one soon. As soon as I tried it I loved it. I never would have wanted one if I never tried it out but when I did I was impressed with how well it worked for an adult.
