My daughter was driving this down a small hill, slowly applying the break when the wire inside the handle bar was split and came out and the scooter immediately stopped and made her crash. Something is clearly wrong with this wire for it to sever completely and come out of the handlebar while applying the break. I contacted customer service and they didn’t even respond. ... show more

We love this electric scooter! We bought it for our son for Christmas of 2024 and it’s holding up great! Everyone in the family always asks to use it. It holds charge well, goes fast (but not too fast, max speed is about 18MPH depending on charge and load), and has nice safety features.

I checked at the buttom of the scooter if they were turning lights. i cant think of anything what they used for. overall its a good scooter. I’ve been using this electric scooter for a few months now, and overall, I’m really impressed with it! It’s a well-built scooter with good acceleration and solid mileage. When using ECO mode, you can easily get the full 15 miles of range, which is great for longer trips. On other modes, the mileage is a bit less, but it’s still more than enough for everyday use. The blinkers are a standout feature—they’re bright and very visible, which adds to the safety aspect of the scooter. That said, I did have an issue with my first scooter; after a month, the blinkers cracked. However, I contacted customer service, and they were fantastic. Thanks to the warranty, they quickly sent me a replacement scooter without any hassle. What’s even better is that my two other buddies bought the same scooters as me, and they love them too. If you're thinking about purchasing one, I highly recommend spending a bit more. For an extra $60 (or $40 with a coupon), you can get the version with 10-inch tires instead of the standard 8.5-inch. The larger tires offer better stability and a smoother ride, especially over bumps and rough surfaces. It’s definitely worth the upgrade! In the end, I’m really happy with both the scooter’s performance and the customer service. It’s a great scooter for anyone looking for reliability and good mileage, especially with the added bonus of excellent customer support. ... show more

    • It's a good scooter, and fantastic customer service!
Scooter works well, just not too happy with the battery life according to the battery meter. It reads 2/5 bars after just 4 miles with my 100lb son on it. We go for way longer rides than that so we're now kind of restricted. This very well could be due to me just getting a bad charger or battery, it happens to all manufacturers. Edit: the seller has reached out to me and has made things right and that means the world to me these days. This is their first model of scooter from the sound of it and are making great efforts to keep their customers happy. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and will be keeping an eye out for future products from them. Again, FANTASTIC customer service in a very timely manner. ... show more

When I first received the item, there was no scooter bag as promised. I ignored it as the item was still cheap and I did not think it mattered too much. One day later, the scooter was having problems turning on. I charged the product, but it still did not turn on. I later decided to click the power on button a few times, and it turned on. There would be times when I would have to level the product a certain way for it to turn on. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, the item would randomly not turn off. I let it die and then tried to charge it again to fix it, but that did not work either. Up till now, the item is defective, and I have only got to ride it a few times. ... show more

This scooter is fun on flat ground. It is fast and easy to use. However, I can't recommend it for everyday use. Slight inclines overwhelm the motor, even for someone under max capacity weight. I have to recharge this after maybe 5 miles (nowhere close to the stated range). If I get another scooter, I'll be looking elswhere for something that has ratings reflecting better range and power. ... show more
