The media could not be loaded. Great scooters. It came packaged well, even dropping it off from mars wouldn’t damage it. Easy to put together along with everything provided but I recommend having your own better tools. It’s fast, reliable and fun. My kids have been riding it far distances constantly in all terrains with their friends far around town, and discreetly myself. Reaches 19 mph with no issues and great long mile range. Battery holds up well. We’ve had these two scooters for about 3 months and been put through the ring. Both my kiddos have gotten injured, not because of the scooter, but because they were not placing two hands on the bar and fell off going 19 mph. Highly recommend reminding who’s riding to be extremely careful or only go on the lower speeds. It can be fun but also very dangerous. To the negative reviews, did you really buy one or just trying to be negative because I bought 2 and have had no major issues. Everything functions great as it should. Who cares what the name is, and brakes and throttle works great along with the lights. Only issue was one of the scooters would not turn on. It was an easy fix with taking 4 screws off from the handle bar, and connecting the electric lines that some how disconnected itself. Again, easy fix. It was most likely me who didn’t push it all the way when I installed it. Turned back on and everything works again.

Unfortunately, the product has been fraught with issues, notably the charging device overheating alarmingly, which poses a significant safety hazard. Furthermore, the promotional video associated with your product is outdated and misleading, as it does not reflect the current selling program. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues directly with your representatives, the responses have been unhelpful and have resulted in wasted time and money. As a loyal Amazon Prime member, I have always trusted Amazon as a brand synonymous with quality, safety, and integrity. It is disappointing to see a vendor on their platform not living up to these standards, putting customers at risk with malfunctioning and unsafe products. I urge Amazon to reevaluate your presence on their platform and ensure that all vendors comply with safety standards and truthful advertising, as required by U.S. Consumer Protection Laws. Why this one... price $179 after $20 off, heavy duty and adult sized, 10 inch inflatable tires, no shipping, 500 watt motor, headlight, functioning braking light, arrived 5 days early, easily put together in 5 minutes, depending on the day I'm 200lbs still gets to 19mph. Turn aways... scan the sticker it takes you to apps advised against, so no app- not a problem didn't need another one. The ISOFLOWER on it isn't the best thing to see, changed it to SOFLOW while waiting for it to charge. Lastly, this one was actually an annoyance, the rear tires valve stem stuck out and kept tapping every turn of the wheel, I remembered the zip tie I cut off the back wheel while removing from the box and used it to pull back the stem to the wheel, sick reuse recycle moment. Overall awesome big fun and super impressed for the money, I didn't even ask my wife, so now I have to get a helmet.

Best value compared to other scooters. I know several people that spent hundreds more and their tires are smaller and the battery does not last as long. This scooter is perfect for getting around town. We use ours when we travel as they are fairly lightweight. I highly recommend this scooter!

This scooter is very impressive for the price but it has a few major issues that prevent me from fully recommending it. First the inadequate breaks. This thing is fast and if you live in a hilly area like me, it will regularly exceed 25 mph down hill. But it only has a single drum break on the front. Coming down some of the steeper hills the scooter cannot stop at all. This wouldn't be as bad if you live somewhere flat and keep the scooter in a lower power mode, but the scooter really should have a rear break as well. Next, mine arrived with a faulty rear tire. The inner tube had been installed wrong causing it to rub on the inside and pop after about 3 rides. Replacing it was very complex and required completely disassembling the rear of the scooter and reheat-shrinking the cables to the battery and rear wheel. Over all I'm happy with the scooter and I'm sure it will see many years of use. I just can't recommend buying it though because of the issues I've experienced
