For the cost and only getting 2 rollers this did not impress me. The product was easy to use and roll into my hair, but the clips were not very comfortable and difficult to get in the correct place. They were also a little heavy making the rollers difficult to keep in my head.

I like them. Unlike other hot rollers they did not rip out my hair. I am natural, so I tend to press my hair on wash day but I use these rollers the second or third day after my initial wash. They kept my hair straight, but still had a bit of body and volume. No frizz.

I am glad the rollers have been changed and are less likely to crack . Overall these rollers are the best I have used to give you body and the set is a size you can use to travel. Works with change in voltage abroad . The only reason I did not give it a 5 are that the clips do not hold the hair and I have had to use a combination of old sliding metal (U shaped ) clips, and the clips which come with the set to hold my hair in place . Unfortunately it is impossible to find large sized metal clips as the newer version of clips are short and do not hold the rollers firmly in place ... show more

My fine, straight, long Marcia Brady hair only got volume from the original set, very little curl, but the volume and shine lasted. I was looking for a cheaper set with smaller rollers for a beachy curl (yup, that's how my hair rolls) then found these 1 inch ones! Fabulous! Worth it to spend $40 to replace the fattest rollers. Curl lasts with product, rollers fit on heater, clips works great but I'm 52 and know how to use them correctly without making a dent (practice makes perfect). WORTH IT! ... show more
