I bought 2 of these scooters for Christmas. They both broke 6 months later after regular everyday day use for just a few mins riding around our neighbor. So it’s like we used it for hours per day. They both got super bumpy and shaky and malfunction while riding it so my son fell, not safe. One of them would only turn on sometimes and when it did the battery didn’t last at all. I contact the seller as instructed by amazon hoping to get them exchanged or repair since it’s only been 6 months. Never received a response. Very disappointing ... show more

My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature. It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This scooter is amazing and worth more than 150$, goes 19mph with great mileage, and outstanding battery life. You could probably ride 20mph for 2 days straight before it dies. Definitely worth it and will buy again if needed. Only complaint i have is the hard wheels, its nice you dont need to worry about punctures or air, but its really bumpy. ... show more

After having this scooter for over 4 months I HAD to come back and change the 5 star rating to 1 star…. The scooter stopped working after around 4 -5 months! After doing some research and reaching out to the seller on Amazon for a replacement for the battery or scooter who is supposedly also been “waiting” to send me a replacement battery but would also stop responding after a few days . So after speaking with a few Amazon representatives , I reached out to the manufacturer by email because there is a 6- 12 month warranty for the scooter and see if they could offer a better solution . Email response is they are automatically deeming the battery faulty via pictures I sent but want to charge EXTRA to fix their FAULTY product. First reviewing this product it had good but mixed reviews.. but I can see that has changed dramatically over the past few months since buying it for Christmas 2024. I wouldn’t have a problem investing to have it fixed, but the quality of the scooter and the solution to fix a faulty product, is to charge the customer more? And again, this is being deemed over pictures. So there is a possibility that it’s not even the battery. Also when something is normally under warranty… normally the extra costs are covered. I bought this scooter and after a couple months the scooter did not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new battery which I received last week and now it’s working great. I hope this new battery will continue to work.

The product works as expected. The 10 inch tires give a very smooth ride. I really like the safety feature that you have to push off before the the throttle activates. I was surprised that it has a very sturdy frame and was very solid. The speed was great. I saw some others competitive models that said they go faster but I think it is more than enough.
