I've been using this electric scooter for my daily commute and it's been an absolute revelation. It is easy to assemble. The 350W motor gets me up to speed quickly, and the 18-mile range is more than enough for my round trip. What really stands out are the 8.5-inch honeycomb solid tires; they absorb bumps surprisingly well, making for a much smoother ride than I expected from solid tires, and I appreciate not having to worry about flats. To be honest, I was always on the fence about electric scooters until I got this one. The 350W/500W motor options are very practical. It really feels like the power reserve is abundant, the acceleration is linear, and there is no sense of abruptness. The top speed is just right for daily commuting, and the range performance also meets expectations. It covers most of my travel needs, and I can easily handle shopping at the supermarket on weekends. High quality build you can tell by low noise and the smoothness of riding. I like the feature of the additional support bars at the rear wheeling making it sturdy for folding and carrying. For this price point I really have no complaints. It came in a big box packed nicely, and took me around 15 minutes to assemble. The scooter seems well-made.
