The media could not be loaded. I love the scooter. It is a very nice electric scooter, but today it just got destroyed. I was driving like normal that all the sudden it just flung me forward. My wheel was no longer attached my scooter, and my handlebar wasn’t even attached either. It was only connected by the wiring they had, I did get some injuries but thankfully not that bad I don’t even miss use the scooter I’m the only one that uses it and only had it for six months and I don’t even use it every day. I only use in about once every two weeks. I am very pleased with my new scooter. They sent it in very quick and their customer service was great. All seemed well in the first few days of receiving the scooter and I even managed to ride over 200 miles in the first week. Although the more I rode I started to notice a frequent issue where the scooter would show me it had battery around 50% but died after riding for less than 2 miles. I reached out to the customer support and within less than two weeks they shipped me a new one at no cost and it seems to not have any issues. ... show more

The scooter worked well until the front fork broke while my 14 year old son was riding it. The front fork is made of pot metal and could not be welded, even though I attempted to. Without a warranty, I had to search the part out myself and purchase it from China. My son, and by default the company that sold this to me, are lucky he sustained no long term injuries. The fact that I have to buy the exact part, made the exact same way worries me and my son that this will happen again. The company should stand behind this and offer a full refund, but without a warranty, they most likely will not. I am investigating my options with my lawyer on Monday. I use this scooter to walk my dog since I’ve injured my foot. I like that it can go a steady 3-5mph for our walk and the dog keeps up just fine. It doesn’t make any noises that might make him nervous. The down side is that I live in a neighborhood with some mild hills, and after about 20 minutes, on the third hill, the scooter can barely make it. Sometimes it dies before I get to the top. This is my first scooter and I think I picked the perfect one. About me: Im 5'10 150lbs. Gets up hills as indicated. Speeds up to the advertised mph and the range also seems great. The scooter can feel a little loud and clunky but that's due to the sold tires. On smooth pavement, it rides like silk. Feels sturdy and maybe a little bit undervalued if you get it on sale.
