Okay... this is my first bad review ever. The package came busted up. The poles have a few scratches, but I'm not too worried about those. The UPS man told me all the stuff was in there, so I'm thinking okay. We will see. This is supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mother. EXACTLY WHY I SPENT THE EXTRA 20 BUCKS ON THE 3 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN.. got everything, but the two chains they're supposed to come with... When I got to the hammock part and opened it the hammock smelled weird. Like swamp ass and Elmer's glue. Perfect for a 6' 3" man, or for two. Came in two almost sent it back because the frame and pillow had not been delivered. Glad we didn't. Highly recommended this product, very comfortable!

Loved the hammock but it didn’t even last the summer. Got sun faded after a couple of months and now it’s completely ripped. Not a good produce if your going to use it outside.

Was delivered almost 2 weeks ago without some parts. I'm still waiting for the company to mail the parts to me as they promised me so I can enjoy my hammock. Awesome hammock very good quality top to bottom...easy to set up. Looked at many different choices on amazon and this was a great choice for us. We take the hammock in when not using so the comments about fading are not a concern to us.
