I bought this scooter for my 11-year-old daughter. She loves it and says it's better than all of her other friends scooters. She also said it goes faster than their scooters. The main reason I'm writing this review is she hit a bump and somehow that bump bent the frame. It was exactly a month from when I bought the scooter. I contacted their customer service through the Amazon messaging and because there is a warranty on it they sent me a piece and a video how to swap the piece. While trying to swap the piece the part that bent completely snapped off. I sent them pictures of it and they immediately literally the next day sent out a brand new scooter. I can't say if it was just bad luck or bad worksmanship that the scooter broke that way but I will say they honored their warranty no fuss just had me send them a few pictures the next day I got a tracking number with the new scooter. That is pretty excellent I will say.

Great for the first month then the issues started. Cant find parts for this model. If you buy this, get the warranty but i still don't think it will save you. Don't go this route.

So far totally cool! The price is the bang. Brakes are a little spongy or sticky. The seat mount and little carrier bag… I flipped it around so I would still have a seat and carry bag. But it’s now on the back instead of my leg room. Had to drill new holes to relocate the seat the opposite way. And it’s working perfectly. Needs modifications but once done a good ride. I’m trying not too peal out cause I can’t find replacement tires. The shocks are kinda for looks, they don’t do or move much. But over all I’m super happy with what I paid for.

So far so good for a budget scooter that can go over 20mph. Is it the best? No. But it’s very inexpensive: I mean, thats why you’re looking at this one and not the $800 scooters, right? Battery range: I find I can get comfortably 10 miles on the high speed setting. I’ve stretched it to 12 on high speed. You can stretch this further with the normal mode which caps it at 10mph. Good for sidewalks. From my experience, when the battery light flashes, it doesn’t cut out completely, but slowly loses power until it runs out. So it doesn’t just cut out. Speed: On a flat surface, with low wind, you’ll hit that 22mph. Up a moderate hill, expect 17-18mph. Stability: Well… lol. Anything over 15mph on this thing starts to get a little squirrely. But again, it’s very inexpensive. App: I mean… it works. But it’s not needed. The most I did was change KPH to MPH.

I’ll start with the good things about the scooter, it’s light weight, goes the speed and distance it says it does, charging time is as advertised, app is very basic but has some uses. I’ll give the scooter a three star due to it hitting the mark with most of the features it says it offers. Now the bad, do not purchase if you live in an area that is pron to wet weather or slick streets in general. The tires on this thing are horrible and the breaks due stop as fast as the description will lead you to believe, I have skipped many times and almost not stopped in time when a light change happened sooner then expected. You can just feel how unstable and lack of control there is in the steering bar as you ride, feeling the wheels wanting to slide due to lack of traction and grip. It’s also not made with the best of hardware, the kickstand rattles even when just walking it around, the rear tire cover is flimsy, be careful not to put any weight on it or it will scrape the tires (bonus 3rd breaking mode)🤷🏼♂️. I’m honestly not surprised given you pay under 300, if you live in a spot where there are not slick roads and you want something fast with a good distance then this is totally for you, but anyone who loves in an area like mine please be cautious if you decide to purchase.

Runs great and fast. The lack of air filled tires is WONDERFUL. The battery life isnt the longest. About 6 ish miles maximum, but the breaking that charges the battery is very nice. I bought this to use to putter around while camping and it's honestly perfect

I don't have a lot of scooter experience, but here was my experience with this item: - Setup is easy, just screw in a handlebar and unfold. - The app is useless (at least for Android). The app has 2 stars on the play store and couldn't connect to my device. - The display shows the battery and current speed (in KmPH only, no MPH). At top speed this went 20 KmPH which is more like 12 MPH than the 23 which is what was listed on the Amazon page. Maybe if I was going downhill I could reach 20 MPH but on a flat road it wouldn't be possible. Acceleration is also quite slow so reaching that top speed takes a hundred feet or so. - At 12mph the scooter feels very wobbly and hard to control. I was gripping pretty tightly to make sure I was staying up, but that lack of control meant I needed to take turns much wider, go slower, be more careful. - The brake is hard to squeeze and has a very uneven amount of braking it applies. Basically you have to squeeze pretty hard to get it to start slowing, and then it'll grip the wheels tightly enough that it'll bounce you around and you have to try to feather it to slow at a comfortable rate. - I don't know anything about suspension, but the ride does not feel comfortable. Even on a clean flat road you'll feel your eyes bouncing since the honeycomb/plastic wheel design doesn't absorb anything. I can't imagine what this would feel like on a dirt road or scratched up asphalt road. - I tried measuring just now and it looks like it's about 40lbs, so it's heavy enough that carrying for me (adult male) with one hand is quite challenging. Two hands is more comfortable and works, but it's definitely heavier than I initially thought as a scooter beginner and the awkward shape makes putting it in the trunk of my car or carrying on the train a little bit challenging. I don't completely hate this product, but I did think this would be a good scooter for my simple needs and thought I was sizing up a little bit higher than the cheapest option. I feel like it hasn't met those expectations and some of the descriptions seem inaccurate. Next time I shop for a scooter I'm planning on a more expensive one that has inflated wheels, an emphasis on stability, and a better brake.
