In August, we purchased this scooter on Amazon.com. It was also my birthday and yes, as my birthday gift, I got an extra discount because I put it in my cart but I am still researching if this scooter has good reviews. Overall, the scooter had good reviews but there were some not so good reviews that kept me from buying this scooter. I ended up buying it anyway and it's great. I just use it to get to work, which is about 1 mile from my house. A month later my scooter broke down. It wouldn't start and even after charging it, it still wouldn't start. I contacted the customer service centre and they were very nice and tried everything to fix the problem, after about a week of back and forth they finally sent me a new console as it was still under warranty. After installing the new console, the bike finally started. However, for some reason, the speed didn't increase quickly after pressing the speedometer button. For example, I kept pressing the speed button to increase the speed and it stopped at 9 mph, then I let go and pressed it again and the speed increased again, etc. I brought this to the attention of customer service and they eventually sent me another host as a backup and extended my warranty at no charge. I didn't expect to fall as deeply in love with this machine as I did. Admittedly, I did have a sense of inevitable disaster that I would not have experienced on the bike. I think it's just from standing on a platform going 20 miles an hour in the middle of Manhattan traffic chaos. This thing has enough power that it can get you going at unsafe speeds in seconds, especially when the battery is fully charged. Being a 200lb guy, I don't want it to go any faster. In urban areas I can get to any destination in the city, usually faster than any other mode of transport as I can weave in and out of traffic, there are bike lanes and so on. I tie a U-lock to my handlebars so that it stays with me and I use it to secure my motorbike to any thin beam or bike locking station. Even if you don't use the U-lock, you can lock the bike via the scooter app, which is very convenient. This is the reason why we would love this scooter without any hesitation.

As I was looking for a second electric scooter for us, I browsed through the newly released version and found this electric scooter there. At first, I was skeptical about whether this electric scooter really met the promises in the product description. It is precisely because they have written so many points that they are better than traditional scooters. I always hold a skeptical attitude towards this statement, especially when the price is also very favorable. But later on, I was fascinated by this evaluation and ordered. Look, my suspicion is completely unreasonable. We are very satisfied with this scooter, and compared to our current scooter (where we spent more money), the points mentioned in the product description are not lying or reasonable. Not only does it leave a good impression on people, but it is also very robust. The tires are wider, the tread area is larger, the handlebars are higher, and the handlebars themselves are wider. Therefore, for me, this is definitely a good shopping experience.

Having received several worn/faulty scooters from other brands, I'm happy to report that this scooter is excellent in every way. It's made from sturdy aluminium that doesn't feel cheap/like plastic. Acceleration is smooth and quick and the brakes are great. You can slow down with the electric brakes or brake faster with the joystick. I actually feel like I'm having a lot of fun on this scooter, whereas on the others I feel like it's going to break down at any moment. The treys are also well constructed. The brakes are well adapted and I don't feel like I'm going to flip the handle bars because of erratic steering or braking like other scooters. I haven't done a distance test yet, but I'm sure it will be below the posted limit in speed mode like most scooters. led lights are an added bonus. I highly recommend this scooter.

It's a great scooter to ride on, with a reasonable price. Notice that it doesn't include instruction in the box. You might want to watch a video review. You will need to prepare two screws to mount this part.

If you are looking for a quality scooter, look no further! I recently purchased this electric scooter for commuting to work. I live in an urban area with lots of pavements, and I needed something that would save me money on petrol and be easy to store and carry. So, I started looking for an electric scooter or bike. I was going to buy a cheaper electric bike but I met a lady on the same scooter who had a lot of experience with electric bikes and scooters, she had previously purchased 4 other brands of electric bikes and scooters which were questionable in comparison as this scooter was sturdy enough to have a couple of accidents and still run like a charm. In addition, their customer service is top notch, these boys and girls care and are quick to deal with any issues you may have as their customer.

I’m just getting into this product. I purchased it last week and was waiting until I moved to receive it. When the box got to me I was nervous about the scooter because it was a little beat up, but fortunately it was perfectly fine. The scooter is really fast. Which makes it fun, but it also is a bit dangerous. The breaks are pretty touchy, and like a new car, will probably get less touchy with time. All I’m saying is, if you’re going really fast and need to touch the breaks make sure you are prepared. Overall this scooter is awesome. It has the solid tires, headlight, break light, cruise control, and everything as promised. The app is super awesome in tracking the scooters mileage, battery life, charging time, etc. Overall I would totally recommend this scooter to adults/teens!
