The ride is smooth and surprisingly quick.. 16 mph feels just right for city streets and the 12-mile range is more than enough for my daily commute. Charging is fast too, usually done in 3–4 hours. Safety-wise, I love the dual braking system and the bright lights, especially for early morning or evening rides. The app is also a nice touch.. I can lock it, set speed limits, and keep track of battery life all from my phone. It came well-packed and was super easy to set up. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much, but now it’s part of my daily routine. Great purchase!

I like this new style of electric scooter. It comes with a seat, which makes it more comfortable to use, and the seat is sturdy to sit on. It’s not too heavy, so it’s easy to carry. The motor is powerful and allows the scooter to reach speed quickly and smoothly. The tires are wide and durable, making it stable when going over bumps or uneven roads. It can run up to 21 miles, although I think that depends on the road conditions. The LED screen is also a great feature—it helps me see the current speed and battery level clearly. No complaints, I really like this scooter.

Bought this scooter for my 7 year old granddaughter. I was leery at first, as this thing is pretty fast. But you can put it on ECO mode and it goes slower, although she knows how to change it to go faster lol. She'll be getting a helmet soon. This scooter last for her to take rides with her mom for an hour or so and barley uses any bars. I would recommend this to anyone! And after only having this scooter for a week, my dog decided to chew the back tail light off and I emailed the owner and they sent me a new tail light! Which I thought was pretty awesome

I purchased this scooter 2 months ago and it suddenly decided to stop charging. We’ve tried several different things to get it to charge and it won’t. I recommend you buy from a different seller. Very disappointed

Great product for the price. I had to correct two errors they made when assembling the product. Front wheel wasn't seated in the fork properly, causing the wheel to lean to one side. And the crown bolt was not tightened so the fork wasn't fully secured. I'm glad I bought this scooter all in all. She's quick but has limited range. It's a pretty good product compared with other scooters that don't have a seat on them. The scooter itself is easy to install with a handbook, and the battery and duration work okay for me. The seat is actually very comfortable similar to a bike, which makes the ride easy and enjoyable. Good design!
