The only thing worse than the scooter (it died after 4 months) is the companies customer service. Even I asked for a refund because it is still under warranty they sent me a part and a link to a YouTube video tutorial on how to replace it. And the video was in Hindi and I don’t speak Hindi. When I told them this they said the language matter and I should try fixing it myself. But the video started off with pieces already removed and no explanation on how to do it, so I followed their advice and attempted fixing if on my only day off. I spent 2 hours of my Saturday trying to fix it and made it way worse because things I tried removing just broke. This has been the worse experience I’ve been put through on Amazon. The scooter is not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t except one if it were free. Still haven’t been reimbursed and even I went to Asurion (the protection plan I purchased while purchasing the scooter) they said they couldn’t do anything because it was still under warranty! Yet the company Maxshot won’t stands by their own warranty. They are a terrible company. And I can’t believe Amazon would allow a sleazy company Luna then to do business on their site. I’m so disappointed I doubt I’ll make another electronic purchase on Amazon after this dumpster fire!

I originally got this scooter just for fun rides around the neighborhood, but it’s turned out to be so reliable that I now use it to get to work almost every day. It’s lightweight, folds up easily, and fits perfectly in my trunk or by my desk. The ride is smooth and surprisingly quick.. 16 mph feels just right for city streets and the 12-mile range is more than enough for my daily commute. Charging is fast too, usually done in 3–4 hours. Safety-wise, I love the dual braking system and the bright lights, especially for early morning or evening rides. The app is also a nice touch.. I can lock it, set speed limits, and keep track of battery life all from my phone. It came well-packed and was super easy to set up. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much, but now it’s part of my daily routine. Great purchase!
