I received this scooter for ten days and I just left a 5 stars review because I need to use it before I post a review. To be honest, I really love this electric scooter. I tested drive for at least 20 times. I tried to brake at the max speed and it worked so good, the brake acted 100% fast and safe. When I drove by a bump, the shock absorption was really good, I can only feel a little bumpy, totally acceptable. After I charged the battery over night, I can drive the scooter for 2-3 days, 1 hour average per day without losing power. The battery life is good. You also can choose the speed to be slow mode or fast mode. Also, the manufacturer provided an APP that I can download and connect to the scooter, there are so many extra functions, e.g. I like the head light control and lock the scooter by using the APP. Finally, I want to mention one last but not least , the price is really acceptable and worthy.

Easy to assemble, just a few pieces to put together. Runs great, depending on the setting/speed my we get 2-4 hours of use out of one charge. Durable. Been a great scooter for our 11 year old. It is a bit heavy for home to lug up 2 flights of stairs.

Bought this scooter for my daughter’s birthday and she used it 1 day the next day it wouldn’t move. We downloaded the app and it said there was an issue with the motor. The replacement process was horrible I had to go through a third party via email and communication was horrible they wanted to send replacements parts how can I replace a motor..I couldn’t get a replacement scooter I had to do an entire refund and I’m still waiting on that so I can purchase my daughter another scooter. I had the H9. Wasn’t happy with this scooter

We’ve had these WERHY scooters for almost nine months now, and they’ve become part of our everyday life. We take them everywhere — and I mean everywhere. The kids absolutely love them, and they make trips along the Cape Cod Canal a blast. One of my favorite perks? We save money on parking when visiting small towns. Just park once, hop on the scooters, and cruise around like locals. They’re quick, easy to handle, and surprisingly powerful for their size. They’ve also become the kids’ favorite excuse to run errands. Need something from the local mini-mart? No problem — they’re already halfway out the door, eager to jump on the scooters. Overall, these scooters have been a fantastic purchase: reliable, fun, great battery life, and a huge hit with the whole family. Highly recommend if you want something that’s practical and adds a little adventure to your day. 🚴♂️⚡️😄

The werhy is a great scooter. The suspension is amazing making riding over bumps very smooth. Having an app to lock the scooter is also very convenient. It is on the bigger end of scooters but I find that to be more comfortable than other smaller scooters. The extra height allows for more stability while riding. Also the scooter itself is very quiet and is able to be driven in public. The scooter has different speed settings making it very safe on lower settings. My only grievance is that the scooter is on the lower end of batteries.

Honestly, I would not recommend this thing and would highly advise shopping for something elsewhere. I bought 3 different versions (2 being an older model, the W8) and both of those had their own flaws. First one I had to send back because the throttle out of the box would not start after multiple presses. Short version, I figured buying the next model with shocks and alleged higher specs, I opted to return the first edition and hesitantly went with this one. I am not pleased w/ this performance, its already showing signs and I've logged its travel time, distance, battery life, etc. and noticed a significant decline in performance, but increase time in charge. For under my use and not so limited, few weeks in is not so settling. I've flagged down many people with the Gotrax scooter company and am very much impressed with that rout. Even on the slightest of inclines, this scooter can not hold its push and the claims of it being able to reach speeds of what it claims, that is if you did not consider any other variables. Yes, it can go that fast but when I hold it in the air and witness the wheel speed. I live in a city and tried this product but it seems very cheaply made with the plastic. The design of it is pretty interesting seeing as they have one height for all, no ability to adjust the bar up or down, you have to adapt to its fixed state which was already telling. I have shopped years on Amazon and this is the first time I've felt that starting to review these products I spend money on should be a habit because I too do not want to invest 300 dollars on something that seems like was slapped on w/ double AA batteries and will die in a few months of basic use. The physical brake also just seems to shred the tires wheel which is basically asking to destroy and wither away a back tire. I wouldn't even see you a replacement tire would be in bound if that issue came to be, just another hassle and ticking time bomb of problems in my personal opinion. As far as the comfort, I thought the shock suspensions would do it justice but it really doesn't have that big of a difference. It overall is not something I would even discuss with people, I noticed the same types of these scooters being sold from different companies so its unfortunate to see that they are all the same. I'm eager and excited to either go with a Gotrax or Q3 mini bike instead. Not too far on price, more power, comfortable seats and much more. Maybe I'll have stamina for future product reviews but this was just spewed out out of annoyance of this experience riding this thing. ..the scooter going up a slight hill is slower than you walking it, this really hurt my commutes.
