Plus, the charging time is faster than I expected — usually done within a few hours. Setup was quick and easy. It came with all the tools needed, and I had everything assembled and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Folding it takes just a few seconds, and it’s light enough to carry when I need to bring it indoors to recharge the battery. The app is also really useful — I like being able to lock the scooter and check the remaining battery right from my phone. Overall, this scooter has made my daily commute so much easier. This is a wonderful scooter. The motor has strong power and handles inclines very well. The 10-inch tires make the ride smooth, even on rough sidewalks and bumps. I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my son in December, and by May it completely STOPPED WORKING for no reason at all. The scooter was always used normally, with no abuse, water exposure, or damage. Since the beginning of May, I have been trying to resolve this issue with the seller, but they have only kept me waiting with a so-called “technical department” that has done absolutely nothing to help. The customer service has been terrible and extremely frustrating. They constantly ask for photos and videos, yet make it difficult or impossible to properly send them. I even asked for a simple email address — something any serious company should have — and they refused to provide one. The saddest part is that my 15-year-old son can no longer go out and enjoy riding with his friends because the scooter became unusable after only a few months of normal use. Very disappointed with this purchase. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I do not recommend buying from this seller. ... show more
