We both use fluticasone so finding a more affordable option is valuable to us. This is the lowest price we found. It seems to be as effective as any purchased at a pharmacy.

This works well. I put two squirts per nostril per day. I've been using this sort of thing for years. It used to be prescription. when it was prescription it used to smell really nice, like lilac flowers. I loved that smell. I wish the OTC ones smelled nice. But I guess they're just basic. Oddly I still sneeze quite a bit, it's just that my nose stays much more clear. It's debatable whether I'd rather use this daily, or use Sinex daily. Either way you're using something every day. But sometimes Sinex makes my nose bleed for some reason. That's why I originally switched to this so many years ago. If I have a cold, this doesn't help anymore and I switch back to Sinex though. They seem to be two different problems. I'm sure my home doesn't have mold, so I don't know why I have constant problems with my sinuses. I'm done trying to figure it out though. ... show more

Product is as indicated, and works as indicated. No issues with the product The last time I ordered this the USPS screwed up the delivery, and it never was delivered (they lost it). The company was completely understanding and offered either refund or re-shipping. I chose refunding and it was refunded immediately. Excellent customer support. While waiting for the lost shipment I had found another source so ordered from there. If the alternate company has any problems I will be back here to start ordering again. ... show more
