What sets this waist trainer apart for me from others is NOT feeling like I want to rip it off. I think that mostly has to do with it being segmented. Because its adjustable in three parts, your able to customize the sizing so well. So whether you are a little more top heavy, bottom heavy etc. Its going to fit to your particular size and give a little where needed. I can't wait to try this for a long time to see if it truly trains my waist. I do appreciate the soft but tight fabric. It's not in the least itchy or stiff. Its very flexible and moves with you. I'm super impressed and so happy I have it, which I don't think I've ever said about a waist trainer.

Definitely size down. I got this in my exact size and it ended up being too good of a size even at the last loop so I will need to size down. Overall though I LOVE the fact that the trainer itself is attached together but the front three straps are adjustable and you’re able to adjust them to your preference. I love this and will be getting one in my correct size! :)
