I also used this grill to make steaks, and it made the whole process so easy. I was able to cook one steak medium and another well done at the same time without any stress. I just took one off sooner and left the other on longer, and both turned out exactly how we wanted. The steaks came out so tender and flavorful, and the even heating really helped cook them perfectly all the way through. It honestly felt so much easier than using a full propane or charcoal grill. This grill is perfect for my small townhouse deck. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. The only drawback is cleaning the grill. That’s likely a problem for any grill though. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for indoor or outdoor use. A great choice for apartment living too.
