    • Outdoor lights that are not waterproof?

I really want to like these. After 2 of the 3 sets of the original version failed. I assumed something happened and I purchased 2 sets of the new 2.0 version. Yesterday after some very light rain one set now has random colors and brightness that can't be changed. This was not summer rain by a long shot. Like 5 minutes of barely a rain. Turns out this is what happens when water gets into one of the light housing. After spending almost $400 an outdoor lighting. Only to have half of it fail in less than a year I will not be buying again. I have had no other problems with any other govee product. And would highly recommend them all to anyone. This one is not at all worth the expense. Govee needs to really redesign this product from the ground up from the plug to the control box to the actual lights themselves no part of these is outdoor quality. ... show more
