This little pressure washer exceeded my expectations for performance, but it did have an issue. When I first opened the box I was unimpressed with the size and feel of the little pressure washer, but since I was buying it for my wife to use the smaller size really worked well, and the overall performance was much better than I anticipated. My wife loves it. She cleaned concrete for several hours, and it worked perfectly. I have a larger, gas-powered washer, but it is complicated to use. This is very simple, and capable of tackling lots of jobs. But! We did have a problem. The female to female connection for the water hose is poorly designed, and it didn't last through the first few hours. Rather than breaking everything down and returning it, I found a similar connection at the local hardware store, and we were soon back at n business. This connector lacks the plastic knurls for hand tightening, but it fixed the leak for only $7, and we were able to finish our project. We'll see how it does as we will be using it often in the next few days.

Must have pressure washer. I love how compact this pressure washer is. It is easy to store when not in use. And despite being small it is super powerful. It was impressed with how strong it is for the size. I've been using it around my home and it's worked great for everything I've thrown at it. My favorite thing I how it has a wheel to roll up the hose. Makes it super easy to clean up and store. Also a great price for this unit. I would definitely recommend.

It was fine the 1st few times I used, other than being disappointed I couldn't use any of my upgraded part I purchased for my previous pressure washer, like hose, short handle gun and foam cannon and easy connectors. My big issue with this product is the pressure goes in and out??? It loses full pressure and now I find myself starting and stopping over and over again just to get full pressure back! This started after about 5 uses!?!?! Worst pressure washer I've ever had!!! Update: I received a response about this review asking me if I want a full refund, which I gladly said yes! A few days before I tried using it again and got so frustrated, I decided I needed to look for a new one, this one is a piece of junk! So perfect timing right? Nope!!! A few hours later I get a response saying I'm just over the 90 day refund policy??? That is exactly why I wrote the review!!! To let everyone know about the lack of durability of this washer! I only bought it to wash my truck once or twice a month...90 days is not enough time on a product not used daily or even weekly!!! What a joke this company is!!! Please look for different washer! You will be disappointed in this one, and now I'm disappointed twice after they got my hopes up that they would do the right thing!!!

I’ve been using this Electric Pressure Washer with 4000 PSI and 2.8 GPM for a few weeks now, and wow, I’m seriously impressed. This thing has completely changed the way I tackle tough outdoor cleaning jobs. Whether it’s blasting through years of built-up grime on my driveway or cleaning the side of the house, it gets the job done effortlessly. The 4000 PSI gives it the kind of power I never thought I’d get from an electric model, and the 2.8 GPM flow rate means I can power through tasks quickly without losing pressure. I was a little worried about using an electric washer compared to gas, but this one is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t vibrate all over the place. Plus, I love how easy it is to set up—just plug it in, attach the hose, and you’re ready to go. It’s made a huge difference in the time I spend cleaning, and I don’t even mind tackling the big jobs anymore.
