Five Stars, and I'd give it more for the following reasons... 1) It has a cool feature that, if you turn off the water going to it, it powers off - I thought this was very cool, and I only found out when I was going to put it away, and I have a water cut off valve (for quick changes), and it shut off. Nice safety feature. 2) The panel on it is kind of like a touch screen. I got my finger close to the "button" I wanted to press (just testing it out), and it would select it. We do have one manual dial to turn on, but the front panel on the top will do everything else right there. 3) The wand itself has high, medium, and low pressure - no other pressure washer I have had included this feature - which is super cool! We COULD change to low pressure tips, but the actual wand will allow us to change pressure to ANY tip on the unit - very, very cool! 4) The washer bottle for soft washing mounts to the unit, and we replace the wand with the bottle - which has a wand connection to it as well... and the soft wash can use all three speeds for washing (pressures, high, medium, low) - I never expected that benefit! 5) We replaced our roof with a metal roof, and I don't want to use bleach when doing the soffits anymore because of that (bleach / dish detergent was my mix - with a lot of water)... but just using dish detergent and water really did great work SOFT washing the soffits! I was shockingly surprised with that as well. 6) Wheels. I normally need to move the pressure cleaner around while doing our driveway - it is a pretty big driveway. The wheels allow me to kind of roll this cleaner around without dragging it across the driveway, or having to walk back and move it personally, and this alone saved a LOT of time. 7) I have a 12 inch round washer unit for doing the driveway, and this is the lowest pressure washer that I have, and it ran the 12 inch washer bit better than my most powerful unit - and that made me very happy, and surprised the daylights out of me too... but more so? It was easier to USE that thing with this unit as well! But wait, there is more! I also tested the 12 inch washer on two and 1/4 squares of our driveway (I said it is a big driveway!)... and I have to wait for it to dry to see if it makes a huger difference. While USING it, I could see a difference, but when the whole driveway was done? It was not really as appreciable - and what THAT means is that I can do the lighter work of just using the pressure washer and the pray tips to clean off our driveway... and this unit making it easier, means I am more willing to do it more often! The handle is unique, and I love it, it has an open hand design. Now, I use the closed handle design and kind of brace my hand into that to keep the water flowing, so if I let me hand pressure up on this handle, it stops... but it is so darn cool, I don't care, and I just press a bit more, and it is running perfectly, changing hands to take a break is easy to do as well, and even keep the water flowing! 8) The soft washer for doing the outside of the windows along with that soffit... this is a bonus that I worked with as well... just using dish detergent, I washed three of our windows to test it out. What we need to do, is make sure we rise it off very well after the washing to keep it streak free. We only have a single story house, so it is easier to catch any streaks if need be. I am expecting this soft wash to motivate me to clean the outside windows more often! Five Stars Plus!

I needed to clean the patio in my yard before a family get-together, and decided a pressure washer was probably the best way to go. I picked up this unit by HONGDONG, and I was right- it worked great. But now I find myself wondering how I ever got along without this thing! First-off, the unit ships with "some assembly required". Putting it together isn't anything major- slip on the wheels and screw them down... Same thing for the accessory attachments. Plug in the hose, etc.. The instruction set that accompanies the pressure washer is passable... but it isn't the greatest. [Some] pictures are included, but they're small, and in black and white- so they aren't all that helpful. And some things are omitted- such as how the soap dispenser is used. I am also intrigued by the electronic controls on the spray gun- which work exactly as described. I'm intrigued because there isn't any power source that connects to it- only the water hose... so I assume there must be a battery of some sort inside the spray gun, but there's no mention of it (or how to change it, or even what type it is) in the manual. I suppose I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. The quick controls on the spray gun allow for a selection between three fixed pressure settings, which are very convenient. On the pump/base unit, there are redundant fixed settings, as well as a more full-range pressure adjustment, and the 'on'/'off' switches. The master power switch is a mechanical one, but the rest of the controls operate from a touch panel... and a very light touch is all that is needed to make setting adjustments- very nice. The assembled unit also has on-board storage for all of the included accessories- the wand, hose various spray nozzles... even the mysterious soap bottle (which I pretty quickly figured out). The sprayer works "on-demand"- activating the pump only when- but as soon as- you pull the trigger on the spray wand. It works surprisingly well. And this washer puts out plenty of spray power. It cleaned my patio with ease... But I found it even more useful for washing my cars- and it does have a preset for car washing! - Using the widest dispersion spray head, of course. This unit is useful for windows, block walls, the outside of the house, tarps.... you name it! It rolls with ease on the supplied wheels, which- to my surprise, even feature locks! The sprayer hose, and the power cord are both generous in length, too! Overall this is a great pressure washer, and I'm so glad I picked this up!

The media could not be loaded. If you're just looking to clean simple outdoor household uses, this is a great power washer. The washer isn't going to remove paint off of steel, even at the most concentrated settings, but it does all of the simple tasks a homeowner would want for home use. The unit was easy to assemble, and I was up and running in under a half hour. It has a unique set of controls directly on the handle that communicate with the washer. It does a good job on dirt and grime on the deck and siding of the house. It also works well on vehicles, and is able to remove all those squashed bugs from the front of my vehicle. The soap unit is pretty nice, it snaps right on to the end of the handle, and I just put in a mild dish soap, and it worked excellent! This is a really nice economy electric power washer.
