I needed a power washer to clean my flat rubber roof before re-coating it - 13 days into the project and this unit has delivered flawlessly! It was easy to assemble with the included tools (although I should've used my own). It is my first time using one, so I tested it out in my parking lot, and it made quick work out of years of grime on the concrete and blacktop. Then came the roof - the unit's not too heavy and was easy to get up and down the ladder. There were some areas on the roof that needed some extra attention (it hasn't been cleaned in at least 15 years), and I thought that I would be unable to get the scaly parts out, but once I switched nozzles to get more concentrated spray, it was really satisfying to see the clean surfaces emerge. When I was looking for a basic unit to purchase on Amazon, it came down to this unit and another much more popular one - although the specs looked similar, this one came with FIVE (5) nozzles included, while the others only had one or two. The right tools do make a difference on the job, and having different nozzles allows you to tailor the unit according to your specific cleaning needs.
