The media could not be loaded. I haven't owned any sort of power washer before, so I don't have a point of reference except to my normal garden pressure. Our city water pressure is a bit low, just over 40 psi as measured by my reverse osmosis system. You can rinse things off with the garden hose and a good nozzle, but it takes a bit of time and lots of water. I tried cleaning out some bins with this, and with the higher pressure I was able to clean in 1/4 of the time with much less water. I tried them on the solar panels on my shed, and those were cleaned quickly too. I attached a short video to show an example of the pressure/spray I was getting. As far as the washer itself, it came with clear assembly instructions and pictures. I had it assembled and up and running in less than 5 minutes. A couple of notes; most of the machine is made of plastic, though of course the connections and nozzle are made of metal. It isn't lightweight and should stay in place while you are using it, but does come with wheels that work well to move it around when you do want to move it. It has a collapsible handle, much like a suitcase handle. Moving it from front to back yard, it's not really worth it or needed to roll it, it's light enough to pick it up and carry. The high pressure hose seems thick and sturdy, and locked into place securely both on the machine and on the spray grip. It rolls up onto a reel on the front of the machine for storage; one note, there is a plastic knob that you assemble into that reel to give you some leverage rolling, but mine didn't stay in very well. However, it's easy enough just to turn the reel itself with one hand. There is also a hook in back for the power cord which works fine, though I would have preferred a second wrap point at the bottom so you can wrap it around the two points. Neither of these slight negatives mentioned affect the performance or utility of the washer, so no stars off. It has a small compartment to keep the additional spray heads in, and with hose/wire wrapped and handle down, it stores pretty compactly, no larger than a school backpack. Pretty decent washer for household jobs or washing your car, though I'm guessing you'd want something a bit more burly for commercial use. I do like the "total stop" system, it seems to work pretty well. I don't see a gfci breaker, so you'll want to use it on an outdoor gfci plug or you'll want to get an inline gfci extension, just to be on the safe side.

Do not BUY!! Advertised as 5000psi. My garden hose has more pressure. Maybe 1000psi. This washer is so small and light, my 4 year old grandson can carry it. Very flimsy made. More like a child’s toy. FALSE ADVERTISING

I suppose it's always best to read the manual, but we didn't as we proceeded to put the machine together and get it working.... But once it was all assembled and hooked up to power and water, we couldn't figure out how to get higher pressure.... Seemed just like a hose-powered wand. That's because we didn't see the rotational ON switch on the front of the hose winder. Duh! After a few minutes of searching everywhere else for an ON/OFF switch, we found it there, and our world of power washing lit up more brightly!! The various tips allow for various spray functions and of course, the soap bottle is for adding soap to tough spots on a car or garden wall, etc. (Most all what we preferred doing was not using the soap at all, but just using the various spray wedges to slice moss off our deck and garden pavers.) The pressure isn't super great... at 1900 psi, it's about half of our gas-powered pressure washer.. But three points for this one: A) It's SO MUCH QUIETER and does a pretty fair job anyway B) It's a whole LOT LIGHTER and maneuverable than the big gas-powered one C) It works without a lot of fiddling with the engine, adding oil, adding gas, getting throttle adjusted. So... all in all, I give this one FOUR out of FIVE stars, just because it's a bit weak and plasticky in parts, like those wheels, which don't seem very sturdy for the long haul. Still even if the wheels break: the unit's quite light to pickup and easil move.

I've never used a pressure washer before, but the price was right so I ordered this one. It arrived in a box with some instructions and about 6 screws to fasten the cord and hose management to he handle. It took about 20 minutes to assemble and read the directions. The instructions were decent. I did have a couple of niggles about it, though. The instructions mentioned that a quick disconnect for the hose was included, but it isn't. These aren't necessary to operate, but are convenient. Any garden center will have them if you want them. The other thing is that the detergent feature is barely mentioned, so it's unclear what you can use or how much you will need to dilute it. After searching on the Internet, I ended up using some dish soap with about 3 times as much water. This seemed to be a bit too strong, but it got the job done. There are other pressure washer solutions available. I washed my car which had a fair amount of tree sap on it. The pressurized water did a great job getting most of this up. I had neglected getting a car wash for a good while, and this thing did a better job than the automatic car washes around here. The different nozzles were helpful for doing a general wash and then hitting the problem areas a bit harder. I also tested this for getting lichen off an old privacy fence. It did a good job, but if I got too close it started to take some of the old paint off too. I wish the soap attachment were a bit bigger, as it gets used up pretty quickly. You probably want to have an jug to refill the bottle. I found the accessory dock to be really convenient. All the nozzles fit in easily. Be sure to read the instructions for important safety tips, and lock the tool before changing attachments. This makes some of the mundane tasks fun again. You'll want a long hose and an extension cord to reach your cleaning area. The included hose and cord give you enough length to maneuver around a car pretty easily. This performed like a champ!
