The product stop working and started. Its started smelling like something was burning from the inside. And the motor just stop. And it never turn back on again. This is a very bad product. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Very powerful for electric pressure washing. A higher end gas driven one is more powerful, but 3 or more times the price/maintenance etc. If you mostly use the green attachment and occasionally the stronger ones, this is perfect. More than adequate for residential use.

Even though its advertised as 5000 PSI, because of the pressure being released through the 15 degree tip I have my reservations regarding whether it truly generates the advertised pressure?

Easy set up which is the beginning and end of the good news. The hose reel gap is tight so to pull the cord out or roll it back up takes some work. Connected, plugged directly into an outdoor wall outlet, unit turned on fine and worked great for about 22 feet of deck railing cleaning. The motor started to make a weird high pitch whine and even after letting the unit rest for an hour still no motor action or lights on the front. Shut down and placed the unit in the garage. Today hooked everything back up and the unit worked fine for about 15 minutes and stopped again. I can not pack this unit up and send it back fast enough. What an absolute waste of time, energy, and money.
