Bought this on March 29, 2024, used it maybe 6 times and yesterday it started a high pitched whirring noise from the motor and it began smelling like burnt electrical wiring. The pressure plate within the handle broke too so it's floppy. Just everything broke at once. Contacted customer service and they responded very promptly and offered to send a new, replacement item. Great customer service!

This power washer had to be assembled but the assembly wasn’t too hard. It worked fine but did not have enough power to do the jobs for which we bought it. For example easing our deck to prepare for painting. It would be adequate for things like washing a car or cleaning off outside furniture but can’t do anything more demanding.

This is an excellent power washer for the price. I had he nozzles fall out of the back a few times and the unit falls over in locations that are not flat. The product did trip the GFCI outlet once or twice. However, it does an exceptional job at power washing many things.

Thought it was going to be able to use this for business but turns out the costumer is happy even when using their power and electric! Just did a majorly good sized roof for this and the power washer did wonderful looks brand new now! Also did some repair work on the chimney before hand!
