I didn't have very high expectations for this machine given that many reviews seemed to indicate that it might be underpowered but I needed something for light to medium duty jobs that would be easier to work with than my big, heavy, and hard to start gas pressure washer so I decided to take a chance on it and I'm glad I did. PROs: Small, lightweight, and easily portable, quick and easy to set up and put away. All necessary tools and attachments are stowed onboard. The unit can be pulled on wheels by the telescoping handle or carried with one hand. Powerful enough for most common outdoor cleaning jobs. Great for small to medium tasks and quick clean-ups. CONs: Does not deliver the advertised 4500 PSI. May not be well suited for heavy-duty cleaning. Nozzle storage holes too loose, nozzles may fall out. First, let’s address the PSI, As many reviews have pointed out, it is nowhere near the advertised 4500 psi rating I’m no expert but I’ve used enough different pressure washers to know that it is more like half that, I would guess somewhere between 2000 & 2500 PSI, but that should be sufficient pressure for most tasks. I’ve used it several times for several hours at a time and it performed great, even on some surfaces that give my gas pressure washer a run for its money.It is definitely not suited for real heavy duty tasks. If you’re working with extremely dirty surfaces you are probably going to want a higher PSI gas pressure washer but for everyday tasks like washing cars, decks, siding, and concrete it has done well. I hate dragging out my big gas pressure washer for quick cleanup jobs and the fact that this machine is compact, light (under 20lbs), portable, and carries all its components onboard is what made it attractive to me. I didn’t really expect it to perform as well as it did. I was very pleasantly surprised by the results and I think I will end up using it for much more than I originally planned. It performed every bit as well as my big gas pressure washer for my light to medium duty tasks. As for features, I really like the onboard hose reel, it helps make stowing the machine after use easier. The soap canon works extremely well and is easy to connect and disconnect although you will have to play around with it a little bit to figure out the best water-to-cleaner ratio for whatever solution you’re using. I find a general purpose, cleaning solution of 1 part vinegar, 3/4 parts hot water, and 1/3 part Dawn dishwashing soap works well for me, though please note that I do not recommend this solution for washing cars. The electronic control panel features three different settings, Low for car washing, Medium for general cleaning, and High for concrete. This is one of the most attractive features for me because sometimes I found my gas pressure washer to be overpowered for certain jobs with no way to control the pressure The Low setting does seem to reduce the flow minimally, but frankly, there doesn’t seem to be a great deal of difference in velocity between the Medium and High settings. I did almost all of my cleaning on the medium setting, which delivered sufficient pressure. I have seen reviews comment about the machine overheating on the high setting requiring it to automatically shut down until it cools off. I did not experience any overheating or other issues over several hours of semi-continuous use. There are a few things that aren’t very clear in the instructions that would be good to know. Initially, I thought I had a defective machine because it didn’t seem to run when I turned on the switch. When all else fails, read the directions which explain that in addition to the main power switch, you also have to touch a second power switch on the electronic control panel. It will then run for a few seconds and stop after which it will run only when you squeeze the sprayer trigger. This is not very prominently addressed in the instruction manual. The onboard nozzle storage holes seem very loose and it seems like they could easily fall out and get lost. It also comes out of the box with two brackets that need to be screwed onto the backside of the unit, I haven’t yet figured out exactly what these are for. It is important to purge the pump after use, especially for winter storage in freeze zones. Simply turn off the water source and squeeze the trigger to run the pump for a few seconds. This also releases the pressure and will make your garden hose easier to disconnect. I also find a dedicated quick-connect hose adapter very advantageous. Overall, I’m very pleased with the machine and its performance. I am going with five stars because it exceeded my expectations even though I believe the manufacturer is not being completely forthcoming by misrepresenting the PSI.

I bought this last year and it didn't make it through the season before the motor burned out. Now I have to buy a new one. The power didn't seem great when it was working despite the psi rating, but it was initially sufficient for the work (deck, driveway, roof), until it died on me. The hose also got a hole in it early on. Overall, this is a poor-quality product that didn't last. Don't waste your money.

Easy to use and a great value for what it is. It’s not as strong as a gas powered washer of course, but it certainly holds its own. What is most impressive to me is how durable it has been. I purchased this almost a year ago and it has been out in the rain and elements 24/7 since. I have literally left it outside since taking it out of the box with no cover and it still works perfectly fine. I would recommend this product and I would buy it again if the need was to arise.

It worked great for around one-hour total time. After that, no water from the pressure gun. I believe the trigger mechanism is broken, not allowing water to pass into the pressure nozzle. I'm very disappointed and now must find another pressure gun or just junk this unit and go buy another brand.

1st off I was afraid the psi was over rated, it states 4500psi, I compared it to my gas pressure washer which is also 4500psi and it definitely has as much psi as my gas one. My only concern is, it does not seem like you can get a replacement hose or an extension for the one that comes with it. 20' will work but to wash my truck or trailer I'll have to move the machine around alot. Hopefully someoen will produce a hose with the same connections It did a great job on my concrete back deck.its light weight and easy to move around, much easier than my gas powered one. Definitely recommend! Now let's hope the hose holds up for a few years

I would have very much like to give this pressure washer a 5 star review but today which happened to be the 4th use of the pressure washer while washing the shed it stopped working. I took a 30 minute break, unit was turned off water pressure was still applied. Upon my return I turned the unit on and the motor ran to create pressure. I proceeded to clean, I let off the trigger and the motor kind of shut off; you could still hear some sort of load on the motor. I washed a bit more and once I let off the trigger for the last time the unit went dark. It's quite disappointing as I spend hard earned money for a solution that failed me. I supposed I'll disassemble it and see if I can cobble it back together with new parts. :( I'd like to give this seller mad props. He reached out via my comment. I explained the problem and shared photo evidence of the failed components. This seller sent me a brand new pressure washer with no requiments to send him the broken device back. It is greatly appreciated as none of us like to throw money in the trash can. I'll stick by this seller for future purposes.
