The pressure washer arrived mostly assembled. The wand holder slipped into a notch, and the hose hanger was attached to the back with two screws. The pressure washer this is replacing is a different brand, but it is an electric as well. The old unit was much larger, but I don't think it sprayed any harder than this smaller one. I'm quite impressed with the power. The pump kicks on as soon as the trigger is pulled on the wand, and stops just as quickly. There are some minor complaints. The integrated tip holder on the back of the unit uses grommets to hold the tips in place. These are too large, and the fit is way too loose. The hose certainly could be longer, but works fine. Just plan on moving the pressure washer when washing a truck. For these reasons, I'm deducting one star. This does use the quick disconnect style connectors. They do work well, but don't work with any of my attachments I already own. I'll have to get a Q/D to 1/4" adapter. If you want to take your pressure washer in your vehicle to another location, or keep it stored in a motorhome, this is the unit for you. The handle collapses, just like on a modern suitcase. I have a full size power washer, and like most, its heavy, time consuming to set up and often too much for the occasional clean up. The Sea Tool power washer us compact, light and packs just enough punch to clean most surfaces. It’s my go-to power washer at this point. This worked decently to clean my second story windows from a ladder. The 0 degree nozzle shoots a strong single stream about 6 feet and then tapers out to a spray to about 10 to 12 feet max. Odd things: The design of the machine lends to tipping backwards but when the hose is connected it stays upright nicely. The holster for the spray gun fell off but it's not made to be on permanently, so kinda odd. I like that it is lightweight, has wheels and a carrying handle that telescopes. Features: 120v Quiet Compact Lightweight Soap Bottle Auto shut-off Plug and spray Wheels are (5”) Nice bright blue in color Does the job, eventually Portable, take anywhere Telescoping aluminum handle 1800 Watts of max power drawn Weighs less than (12) pounds Has five (5) nozzle adapters for various jobs Did not have any problems with threading hoses Drawbacks: 2.6GPM in question Cold water only spraying Max PSI of 3500 in question No built into the power cord GFCI Wow is this small. Where is the claimed max power of 3500 PSI at? (Other than the words in the listing.) This is a perfect example of why I buy a name brand; and it’s not just because I like name brand products. It’s because name brand products have high standards and stand behind what they sell. So, if something is wrong. The name brand stand behinds what they claim and sell (or they at least itemize the product enough to allow the buyer to know what they are getting). Now we selected this because it’s electric and its claim to fame was that (max) 3500PSI. Really? Is the being measured using the 0° nozzle? We have difficulty in swallowing 3500PSI. We also have a gasoline powered washer that was certified at 3200. We also have a Certified at 1850PSI Black & Decker power washer. This operated like the Black & Decker washer, not the gasoline powered washer. Do we have confidence in this power washer? Not at 3500PSI, we would have confidence that was a 1850PSI level though. Don’t get me wrong. This power washer is fun and simple to use. So simple that a five (5) year old, with proper supervision can use (they like to squeeze the trigger when it’s not on, to have that teeny-tiny stream of water shoot out, no we don’t let them use it with the power on). Anyway, we did expect more from this washer, because we selected this with the understanding that it’s electric, was supposed to have a high max 3500PSI, and middle of the road 2.6GPM flow. In order to do big jobs, like use a rotating surface cleaner, a much more powerful power washer is best, such as 3,000+ PSI and near 4GPM flow (I learned you need one (1) GPM for every (4”) in diameter rotating surface cleaner, to get the job done right). With the reality this is a low PSI and GPM washer, we still found this makes a nice general purpose around the house washer. Even the telescoping handle worked nicely, but we repeatedly grabbed that to lift the power washer, rather than the built-in handle. We use this to power wash the house and garage, windows, driveway, sidewalk, window screens, bikes, and our vehicles, especially the wheel wells and undercarriage, even a plastic dish rack with lots of lime scale. We observed good cleaning results without any damage that a much higher PSI washer could cause. Some heavier soiled jobs required a little more patience, but the job got done, eventually. We are a little disappointed with our selection. We were looking for a high PSI washer, we got something we believe is not a consistent, with all nozzles, a 3500PSI power washer. We would not select this again, knowing what we do know. I appreciate how quiet this is and love the auto-shut off feature. Our gasoline pressure washer is ridiculously noisy and disturbs the neighbors, plus no auto-shut-off. There is no reference that this is UL listed and unlike the Black & Decker, has no GFCI built into the power cord for even any suggestion of this having any safety features built in. We reduce this by four (4) stars for our having to question the PSI, GPM, and Safety. We add two (2) stars because it works nicely, is quiet, and compact. So, a weak three (3) stars. I needed a powerwash which is compact, portable and have the power to get the day to day tasks done. I tried cleaning by drive way and it did a good job. This one comes with wheels and pull handle so very easy to move around. Also the multiple nozzles from soft pressure to very sharp are all included. I also washed my car with it and the result was great. One thing I will say is that the material should be better, the plastic is of low quality and over time might not last. ... show more

I was given this as a Christmas gift. How can I reach the manufacturer? It's NEW, only used a very short time. Won't run at all. Makes a weird noise and smells like a mechanical burn. It's like the motor locked up.
