(green) the mechanics of chair are adequate. they are nit smooth raising or lowering the back and legs, the massage system seems to work okay. i am a fan of the cup holders but be aware when you are lifting chair to get out of it will put the holders on an angel and the liquid will spill out. if you are looking for a power lift chair that is inexpensive this is a good find. i did not need a lift but i did need a power recliner and it seems that most now come as a lift. i wish that all the manual chairs would come with the hand lever on the side to raise and help lower then i would not of had to buy a power lift. BUT HERE IS THE REALLY BAD PART. THESE ARE DELIVERED BY FED EX. I HAPPEN TO SEE HIM AS HE WAS WALKING BACK TO TRUCK, I WENT OUT AND ASKED HIM TO HELP ME GET IT ONTO PORCH, THE MAN LOOKED AT ME AND GOT INTO HIS TRUCK AND DROVE OFF......I AM A WHITE HAIE SLIM BUILT OLDER PERSON, MY HUSBAND IS VERY SICK RIGHT NOW SO THE BOX WEIGHING IN AT 96 LBS WAS NOT SOMETHING I COULD GET UP 5 STAIRS ON TO PORCH. MY INSTRUCTIONS WERE TO HAVE DELIVERED ONTO PORCH, THE MAN HAD A DOLLY THAT COULD DO THIS. I DID REPORT TO FED EX BUT UNSURE IF ANYTHING WILL BE DONE. It’s a very small chair. The massage features work well but the fabric covers won’t stay attached. The back separates from the seat the Velcro that holds them together doesn’t work very well. It’s not heated at all.

I bought this lift chait because I had knee surgery. I was not going to be able to do ANY weight bearing on yhe surgical leg for 4 weeks. The plan was it would help me stand and I would sleep in it because I would not be able to get upstairs to my bedroom. The first night, the footrest collapsed under my good leg because it apparently came missing a bolt in the mechanism. I did talk to Amazon who put me in contact with the seller. They asked for pictures of the missing parts. I explained there was absolutely no way I could stand on one leg, flip the heavy chair over and take pictures of the missing/broken parts. I received no reply until I again spoke to Amazon. They again put me in touch with the seller. Repeat same process, but this time I offer a video of how the chair foot support is malfunctioning and at this point, the armature has torn through the cushions. Again I received no response. I would actually leave zero stars but they dont allow it. I bought he chair in October. Its December and the remote sticks, I only used the full lift twice and have issues where the chair will randomly lay back much farther than it's supposed to. Like a large gap or slip in the mechanism. I replaced the missing bolt myself, but the foot rest is missing padding and has a hole where the armature tore through. It was a lot of money for me, and as far as I'm concerned a total waste.
