These arrived much faster than they had first stated. My siblings and I pitched in to get these for my aging dad and stepmom, who are both dealing with medical issues. They have been just absolutely thrilled with them. It took us a bit to assemble them but it was mainly because my husband is an “I don’t need ‘destructions’” type. The company certainly provided enough assistance to help us. Dad sent a message the next morning and said they didn’t like them and my heart sank because we had rearranged their entire living room for them and jumped through some hoops to get them for them.     • DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Chair won't work and they won't send new chair or return my money.
Got ripped off. I sent many pictures of chair where one of the cables underneath has bare wires showing. They said it was because of use. I could NEVER USE chair as it never worked. I tried working with them as Amazon says to do. They dragged it on all year. Guarantee is almost up and they still won't fix problem or refund money.
