i’m giving this bag four stars because even though it is absolutely fantastic, I had an issue with Amazon where I had to return the original one, which was in perfect condition, and purchase another one which came with creases in the leather. This is mostly, if not completely, Amazon‘s fault for not allowing post purchase price adjustments. About a week after buying it, I saw the same bag on sale for $40 less. Because of their silly rules, I had to return my original one and re-purchase it. The second one came with a few creases in the leather which I will have to deal with because I’m not returning and buying a third one. But I removed a star because this could happen to others - depending on how the bag is stored in their warehouse, it may have creases because while it is excellent quality, the material is pretty thin and can crease easily. ... show more
