I bought this scooter in the spring. I am not disabled, but after major knee surgery I did not feel steady walking across my very uneven lawn pulling a 150-foot hose to reach new landscaping every day. I thought I could use it as a lawn tractor, and it works. But if I had it to do again, I would buy one with the two front wheels farther apart. There are situations where it doesn't feel as stable as I would like. If you have slight hills, even small ones, you have to go straight up and down. Going crossways risks the thing turning over. That's really my only complaint. Assembling isn't difficult, but it helps if there are two people doing the assembly. I don't know about ease of folding because it goes from my garage, around my half-acre lot, and back to the garage. The battery charges overnight. I bought this in the spring, and I have yet to need to recharge the battery. There is a very clear LED gauge to let you know when it's time. I recommend this little guy with the aforementioned safety caution. ... show more
