Got this for my sister and am now a bit jealous! Has way more power than I expected, was easy to assemble, and really quiet to operate. There is a handle you have to push when you start tithe first time, maybe after each charge, not sure, haven't had to charge it again yet, but if in wrong position it shrieks at you. Not worth buying so save your money and look elsewhere. It worked for 2 weeks then just stopped working. It won't run at all and just makes a beeping/alarm noise. The part where you put the key in is lose and very faulty. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a mobility scooter.

UPDATE: I have had it about a month now and I couldn't be happier with it. It handles well and has plenty of power. I highly reccommend this scooter! I just rode it for the first time today. It was pretty easy to put together even though there isn't any clear instructions. The main issue I had was finding the 2 charging ports. They were not marked on the diagram or the instructions. One is on the left side of the steering column and the other is on the battery. You have to remove the battery cover to use it. I love the length of it, it gives me plenty of legroom but still compact enough to fit in my apt. It has lots of power. I am not sure when I will feel brave enough to try it at maximum speed. It is comfortable and handles beautifully. The front basket is the perfect size and I love the little cubby on the steering column. I took the back basket off and put my O2 tank holder on it and it fits perfectly. So far I am very happy with it. I will try to update this after I have used it for awhile. The scooter is a great little ride for my mother who has multiple heath issues and cannot walk much at all. I did buy a hitch carrier for it, even though the scooter can be folded and the battery removed and placed in the hatch of the suv. My dad had issues with getting it into the hatch. The battery charges well and is easy to remove and take inside. The battery is relatively heavy so someone weaker may have issues. All in all my parents love it. ... show more

very nice scooter. comes fully assembled except for the seat. four bolts later and I was ready to go. took longer to get out of the box than to install the seat bracket. I really like having two baskets. all the controls are easy to operate and it has good speed. I am very pleased with this scooter.

We got this electric mobility scooter as a Christmas gift for my grandmother, and it has already been such a win. The size is perfect for her and feels stable without being bulky. I even dressed it up for Christmas, and since her favorite color is red, it couldn’t have been more fitting. So far, the battery life has been excellent. It does move pretty fast, so we immediately turned the speed down while she gets comfortable, which was easy to adjust. Even in a crowded Christmas light display, she was able to navigate confidently and smoothly. This scooter gave her freedom, confidence, and independence, and that alone makes it worth it.
