Love Love it I was able to do the trails in Denver Co with the Family and the pier in Venice CA and it’s still charged and it fit in the SUV with plenty of room to spare!

The scooter is very heavy if you don’t have someone that can help the elderly or disabled person carry it it would be impossible for them to do it on their own!

I bought this scooter about 4 weeks ago for my 96 year-old FIL who we just put in an assisted living center. He can no longer walk even with a walker. The scooter was very easy to assemble and it worked fine. Then suddenly it stopped charging. My FIL now has no transportation. The center staff now have to pick him up in a wheel chair and take him to meals, etc. There was NO support info on the Amazon website. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the vendor and they will get back to me in 48 hours. I don't have 48 hours. I have used Amazon a lot over the last decade and typically have received great support. This is total nonsense and unacceptable by Amazon and whoever the vendot is. They never told me that. It's too bad because my FIL loved the scooter and called it his Porsche. But, if you cannot get any kind of support - it is NOT worth the investment. Mechanical items will break down, and you need support. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!! Update: The vendor finally contacted me by email. They said they had no batteries in stock. This was not helpful. I would hve been happy if they had sent me a new battery and charging cord. But, no such luck.
