A little loud, but wicked powerful! I leave this in the corner of my garage plugged in, and I use a manual/push yard sweeper 1x a week, and dump the contents threw this leaf mulcher and it eats up everything. It came with some extra "blades" but I havent needed to replace the origionals yet, and I've even passes some small sticks threw it. My 1 and onky complaint, is that its not tall enough to fit a paper leaf bag under it. BUT it DID come with a very handy "catch bag" that is very easy to dump into a paper bag. I average 20 paper bags a year here, and with this machine, ill be suprised if I use a whole 5 pack from my local box store, because everything being condensed going through it. My wife actually wants to start a compost system utilizing this now. And the best part, is this was the cheapest one I could find on the market at the time. 100% win if your in the market for a leaf mulcher!

came in good time. parts were loose in bottom of box, cotter pins missing but i managed to replace those & got it together by myself so not too hard to put together. used it same day, did a good job of grinding flower stalks into mulch. pretty happy with the results.

On the same day I received, I used it. Easy to put together. I selected the fine shred option and was impressed with the output. A little challenging with installing the catch bag, take a little time. Keep an eye on the side air filter getting clogged, it requires to be cleared often.

Easy to assemble. Started on the fine chop and moved to medium. The chop was fast and pieces small. Looking forward to my trees shedding their leaves and helping my garden

This mulcher is a total upgrade for our annual ornamental grass cleanup. My husband used to spend hours cutting and bundling, but now he just shreds and bags—it’s actually efficient! The 13-amp motor handles big piles fast, and swapping out the nylon cutting lines is way easier than messing with blades. Lightweight, easy to move, and no more yard waste eyesores. If you do any kind of regular yard work, this makes life so much simpler.

For what they claim it can do, I gave it a try, and I am glad I did. I love its capability and durability, I over exerted it intentionally to check its limit. I cleared out an old compost pile of leaves, needles and sticks from several years back. It took a few hours but reduced the waste from 10 wheelbarrows to less than 1. I’m anxious for the fall leaves, they don’t stand a chance.
