I really love this scooter...it rides really nice. Even on the side walk.my problem is it doesn't lock when not in use...I have the alarm but I want the lock for the wheels as a added extra...I will have to buy one I guess. That screaming alarm is super super loud as well..look out......I need a cup holder though not sure where to put my drink...took me a bit to figure that out though...but it's coming along fine..the cell phone holder keeps coming apart..so I'm going to have to glue it so when I go over bump it won't fall while I am driving...and 3 wheels is still scary....I think the 4 wheel would have been better. But I'm adjusting well...super sharp looking and alot of space...even kinda like a little glove compartment ... show more

The scooter works well. I was promised the wire basket but got the matching box instead. The only dislike is the long time to charge the sealed lead acid batteries.

Bought this scooter for my uncle’s birthday, and he loves it. I been searching online, and most of the heavy duty scooters are selling almost $1000 dollars higher, I was a little bit concern at the begging. But it turns out it is great purchase! Most importantly, It arrived fully assembled ! Which only took us about 5 mins to take it off from the deliver pallet, and ready to ride! Great scooter with great value! We love it! ... show more

This doesn’t not come with an owner manual or any instructions but we did get it figured out. Super fast shipping. The only thing wrong with the scooter is the trunk is very hard to latch. It is almost impossible for my elderly mother. If the trunk latched I would have given 5 stars.
